The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

Second time staying, once again nothing short of amazing. Very relaxing and quaint.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

Erin’s place was very cute and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

What a place! Well thought out. The house kept a family of six with two grandchildren very busy and happy. The house was bigger than the pictures portrayed. Extremely clean and well organized house. Great house, well outfitted and thoughtful amenities. Fun (and unexpected!) pet amenities. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us, we had events in Franconia and Jefferson, it was convenient to both. View from the living/dining room was spectacular, especially at sunset. The property abuts White Mountain National Forest, there is even a short trail at the rear for the property to take the dogs on a walk into the National Forest. A really nice fire pit alongside an adjacent stream, which provided peaceful “white noise” as a backdrop. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, next time! Thank you Alyssa for a wonderful stay, our family enjoyed our long weekend very much, and your home greatly contributed to that. We’ll be back!

Our stay here was great. it was rainy until the morning we checked out, which was a bummer, but the covered hot tub area was used each night instead. the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic spices. I brought my own coffee for the Keurig but there was complimentary coffee pods, tea, and hot cocoa available as well. lots of games to play, artwork to look at. the dishwasher is very small so you can't fit much in there but luckily we were only 2 people. the only slight negative was the pellet stove being in the bedroom downstairs, only because of how noisy it is when it's running. it made it near impossible to sleep with it on if you're a light sleeper at all. overall, fantastic stay and thank you so much

Carolyn was a wonderful host! Always very responsive and helped us tremendously with recommendations. The home was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We loved the local themed Monopoly game (such a cute touch!) and appreciated having several game options on rainy days. We came to ATV ride and had a great time exploring the Jericho trail system, and also trails in Gorham. Multiple trail heads are a short ride from the home, and we loved coming back to relax and unwind in this cozy home away from home. I highly recommend staying at this home if you like clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces when you travel.

We loved the views at the Sommet. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us without even spending much time in the guest house. We found the beds comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we ended up eating in 5 out of 7 nights. The Uno, Jenga and Clue were big hits with the whole family. Thanks!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. We had a great time at Bahaburke. The house was exactly as described - comfortable, clean and all amenities one would need for a bike trip to East Burke. The house has direct access to some of the best trails at Kindgom Trails. We had a great time!

Cute, very clean and well equipped place! Nicely decorated. Very good location. Quiet and safe.

This was a great place for my family to enjoy time together outside. We also to advantage of the amenities offered. Would definitely stay again in the future. Only issue was the elevator was out of order and having to bring groceries up 3 flights of stairs. I didnt specifically look for a place with an elevator, just would have packed differently.

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at Becky’s place and we will definitely be back. Everything was just as described. Check-in instructions were very clear and included pictures.

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.
