This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

Jasons place in the white mountains was amazing! The house is located within walking distance of a beautiful lake. Overall, the house was clean and comfortable. Jason communicated extremely well from start to finish. I would gladly stay here again.

It is great place for family gathering together, especially with kids . Close to everything and beautiful view to the mountain.

This was our second time staying at Craig's place. The cabin is very comfortable, clean and in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Loved the sound of the river! It's also well located and central to restaurants, hiking, and other fun activities. Would definitely stay again!

Meghan’s house was great! The hot tub was a welcome break after a day of skiing. The location was convenient to Bretton woods and the Mount Washington hotel where we had an event. Everything was clean and cozy, we were very comfortable. Hoping to stay again next year.

My family and I booked a winter getaway at Rob’s place, and would highly recommend to other guests! Rob was quick to respond with any inquiries and provided lots of helpful information/recommendations that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The space was clean and cozy, and stayed warm even in the NH cold! We would all stay here again and would refer other guests to this location.

What a beautiful place! Doug's property is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery and all the Mountains have to offer. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. I really liked the Energy Efficiency and thought that went into the construction. It was also nice to meet Annie who was very friendly and offered her services throughout our stay. We hope to return!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

Angelica's house was the perfect place to stay - extremely clean, beautiful views, great amenities, we were very comfortable there. Also very family friendly - our 3 children (8, 6, and 4 years) loved the spacious kids play area with toys and books. It was also very easy to communicate with Angelica and she responded quickly to my questions. Angelica's home is a gem, we all enjoyed our stay and would happily return anytime!

This place is a gem! We were six mom friends staying for a weekend of hiking and reprieve from the hustle. We could not have imagined a better experience! The home is stunningly beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable in every way. We loved cooking in the incredibly well-resourced kitchen, we loved the comfortable beds, and we could have stared for hours out the big picture windows. Ideal location for hiking access and local eateries. The host was generous and accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to return - already looking at dates!

Honestly one of the best Air B and B’s we have ever stayed in. The place was beyond clean inside it was very impressive. Staying in a clean home makes such a difference. The rooms were cozy as well. We had zero complaints about the entire weekend. Thank you very much for making this trip worth the travel up to the north!

Dave and Alli’s house was wonderful. The perfect place to go after a long day at Santa’s Village. The 5 of us had plenty of room to relax and watch movies on the comfortable couch. They have everything you could need and more. Highly recommend!

Right from the time we booked the reservation, Kristin communicated well with us. The check-in procedure was pretty accurately described. The house is beautiful, and the views are stunning. There were eight of us visiting, including our dog and Kristin was kind enough to get us a crate for a dog. She had all the necessary amenities stocked up. We love to stay there and we recommended to everybody, including families with pets and kids.

Couldn’t have gone better. House was perfect. Everything we were looking for on a secluded, quiet, peaceful location. Taylor was awesome. Very helpful and always quick to respond. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! A+

Great house, well outfitted and thoughtful amenities. Fun (and unexpected!) pet amenities. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us, we had events in Franconia and Jefferson, it was convenient to both. View from the living/dining room was spectacular, especially at sunset. The property abuts White Mountain National Forest, there is even a short trail at the rear for the property to take the dogs on a walk into the National Forest. A really nice fire pit alongside an adjacent stream, which provided peaceful “white noise” as a backdrop. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, next time! Thank you Alyssa for a wonderful stay, our family enjoyed our long weekend very much, and your home greatly contributed to that. We’ll be back!

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

We had a wonderful time at Bray Hill House. We skied Bretton Woods during the day but not before we had a relaxing breakfast in the house and looked out at the amazing views. The house is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis. Everything you could want was provided for and Israel was very responsive to our questions.

We loved the views at the Sommet. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us without even spending much time in the guest house. We found the beds comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we ended up eating in 5 out of 7 nights. The Uno, Jenga and Clue were big hits with the whole family. Thanks!
