We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD. Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 3 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.
