It is located in the center of Torrozelo, 10 minutes from Seia and 15 minutes from Oliveira do Hospital. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making it possible for 4 people to stay. Villa Sumagre is located in Quinta de Peleiros, a charming house with more than 100 years of existence, which was abandoned and was recently renovated and transformed into a luxury accommodation with amenities that you will not find anywhere else and that make the experience unforgettable, unique and with a desire to repeat. Based on the history associated with the fur business of the first owners of the house, 4 Villas were created whose names were inspired by themes related to the art of fur tanning.

Ideal for families wishing to visit Serra da Estrela, the open space house has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals. You can enjoy the various hiking trails, the ski resort in winter and in summer the various river beaches that are a few minutes' drive from Casa das Andorinhas.

This 4-bedroom accommodation is set in a rural space, with a privileged view of Serra da Estrela, located next to the entrance of Seia. This space allows you to view unique landscapes, highlighting the region's vineyards in the surroundings, and visits to farms can be scheduled in order to get an idea of how the wine of the Demarcated Dão Region is produced. We also recommend the region's gastronomy, being able to savor typical products such as Serra da Estrela Cheese and requeijão.
