It is located in the center of Torrozelo, 10 minutes from Seia and 15 minutes from Oliveira do Hospital. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making it possible for 4 people to stay. Based on the history associated with the fur business of the first owners of the house, 4 Villas were created whose names were inspired by themes related to the art of fur tanning.

The Casa das Andorinhas is located in the center of the village of Folgosa da Madalena, near the city of Seia. Ideal for families wishing to visit Serra da Estrela, the open space house has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals. You can enjoy the various hiking trails, the ski resort in winter and in summer the various river beaches that are a few minutes' drive from Casa das Andorinhas.
