Vacation rentals with a pool in Carpina

Amazing home with great accommodations, all the instructions were clear and the best treatment during check-in and check-out.

The house is identical to the listing, very cozy and huge. It has an adult and children's pool, good for those who have children. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay (plastic tables and chairs, buoys, kitchen utensils, bed linen...). The host is super helpful and responds quickly. From the house to the center, about 10 minutes by car. As the subdivision is new, there is a little difficulty when calling Uber, but just inform them that it is in the new subdivision, and most know where it is. I believe that as the houses are built, it will be easier to find. We would definitely return.

Awesome hosting! A place that brought us peace. Very quiet and organized, we felt at home. Everything is clean, all the utensils in the house are very useful, and the condominium is beautiful, not to mention the lake in front that is enchanting. Very attentive host. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back again!!!

Amazing house! I spent a weekend with my family as I haven't spent years... A great place to take your family with plenty of space to get together and have a top quality barbecue and sleep well through the night. Pleasant temperature and the view then is sensational. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Djalma was always available to help with anything we needed and even gave us great tips about the area. Leandro is an attentive and kind host. All questions and requests were answered immediately. The apartment, very cozy, is on a very high floor, which provides a very beautiful view. Voltaria, certainly, staying in this property.

Eugênio was an excellent host, he allowed us to check in early and always responded quickly and diligently! The space is excellent and meets the needs of guests well, very clean and well equipped with the essentials for the stay.

Pedro gave a hosting class to other Hosts. The attention to detail is amazing. If you're a coffee lover like us, you'll love this place. Impeccable organization and cleanliness. Great location, everything close by in a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood. Super comfortable beds, showers that put hotels to shame. The live decor is even more beautiful than in the photos. Anyway, we strongly recommend it to other guests. We love it! And whenever we return to Recife, we will certainly stay at Pedro's place.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible about check-in and the apartment was as advertised, very clean and equipped. It was not the first time we stayed in it and it certainly will not be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Just one detail I would like to mention is regarding the air conditioning, I believe the climate would be more pleasant after cleaning the filter. He cooled down reasonably, didn't bother, but could have performed better. Overall, we liked it very much <3

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself — you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Close by, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
