The Conductors' Cottage is a converted railway house that offers beautifully furnished accommodation for up to six guests. Set in the grounds of the main farmhouse, there are three cottages in total. The Conductor's Cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge & outside deck area to enjoy. There are views of the hills of Mpumalanga Province as you sit on the verandah. Pleasant stay for a quick overnight... Appreciated the warm welcome from the African Zulu lady (apologies forgot her name) she was very warm and hospitable

Heila was responsible for seeing us onto the property and getting us settled in. She kept us updated as to directions etc. Once in she sent us places to eat and recommended a biltong seller to us. We followed her directions and did some shopping and went for dinner. She also told us about the load shedding that night so we were back before it happened. Enjoyed the stay. The accommodation is great for a stopover.

What an amazing stay and great host(s). They were so sweet to have a little coffee and tea station as well as some hot water bottles to keep us warm as the weather had been very cold and rainy. The place is clean, quiet and very safe keeping one free of worry which made our stay even better. Definitely at the top of our list for our next sleep in Ermelo and highly recommend.

What an incredible surprise! Absolutely beautiful place in front of the river with a braai place. Spacious and beautiful cabin. Definitely one of our best stay overs! In real life it is better than the pictures.
