Enjoy seasonal carnival rides, concerts and fireworks during the summer season. On site parking for one vehicle. As of 8/11/26 the elevator is out of service & awaiting repair.

NO FEES! Super clean & comfortable. Dog friendly. CENTRALLY LOCATED in CB's business district. 1/2 block to Lake Park. 2 short blocks to boardwalk & beach. Walk everywhere. Easy parking. Back of house has 2 suites occupied by owner and/or other guests. NO SPACES SHARED. I work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful place for respectful guests. Perfect for low-key beach stays with friends or family. If you're planning a party or bringing extra people, this is not the place. 6 humans, 2 dogs MAX
