T2 traversant au 7e et dernier étage avec ascenseur. Vue imprenable sur le port, la mer et l’étang depuis la chambre. Naturellement frais car en étant en hauteur l’air circule plus facilement. Paisible avec ses 45 m² au pied des restaurants et cafés du port, à 5 min à pied de la plage. 1 chambre pour 2 pers., un canapé 2 places pouvant servir de couchage, cuisine équipée, salle de bain avec douche, WC séparé. Profitez de la terrasse et de la vue panoramique dont vous ne vous lasserez pas.

Beautiful apartment of 40 m2 including a nice balcony with breathtaking sea views. Refurbished, and decorated with taste. It includes free wifi. The residence is located at the foot of the sand dunes of the Mediterranean. Located on the second floor out of 3. No roads to cross to be on the beach. Public Paying Parking in front of the residence However, there are a few free spots inside the property along the beach. The residence of Grasse is in the small cross at Carnon plage.
