For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

The apartment has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Electronic check-in and check-out, which makes it much easier. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is excellent for those seeking peace, contact with nature and real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super helpful, attentive and showed real concern for our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we already want to go back! I recommend it without a doubt. 💛

we went on a holiday and I can say it was an amazing experience! We arrived and were super welcome, Eliane and her co-host were very requested with us! The place was impeccable in a matter of cleanliness and on the view I have no comments! It looked like a movie scene, kitchen was complete and matched all the needs, a clean, quiet and organized place, it was worth it and it was my best choice for sure!

Super recommend! Very quiet place in March, we went with family (elderly and child) and it was great. Spacious ambiance, wonderful pools and environs surrounded by nature. we will definitely return :)

Amazing place! Our experience was simply wonderful! The apê is super cozy, well decorated, clean, organized, complete and the view of the sea… A spectacle! The location is great too, close to everything! On top of all of this, the host is extremely attentive and dear!! We feel very welcome! Helena was by far one of the best hosts I've ever had. Gentle, sweet, and polite. A person who really makes sure you're there and feel good. The house is a love. Extremely clean, organized and complete. There is even an outdoor barbecue that we can use and garbage separation. The location is excellent, I dare say one of the best on the island, because the others are very remote. It is easy to access the pier (where the boats stop) a matter of 5 minutes on foot. Super safe location. We used the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and the dark room is quiet, it's great for sleeping. The balcony is a delight. Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. I will definitely return.

Wow!!! It was a memorable time with the family. We truly felt at home. Everything went perfectly. The apartment is beautiful, beautiful, cozy and has a VIEW, oh my GOD, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL... facing the beautiful sea of Caiobá... everywhere I looked, there it was, imposing and beautiful. Fabio and his beautiful wife welcomed us so kindly, we felt Special. Every detail was designed to make us feel welcomed and at home!! Everything is fragrant and clean. White towels... haha that's delicious. It has all the utensils and dishes, pots, platters.... that we may need and of great quality. Very nice accommodation, with an extremely pleasant view. We went to a sporting event where we needed to wake up early and were presented with a magnificent sunrise.
