One-story house, space for 4 vehicles, barbecue, swimming pool with solar heating and fenced for children's safety, all rooms have air-conditioning, new appliances, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher for 10 place settings. You can hear the sea, and it is 1 block from the beach. Supermarket, restaurant and ice cream parlor are very close. We are just over 1.5 hours from Curitiba and 15 minutes to the MEL Island ferry
