This place was great. The owners pay attention to the details and offered many amenities that we don’t see at other Airbnb’s. I highly recommend this place.

We had friends retreat for 8 people. One of the best houses and client service we experienced. It has everything we needed and more! Everything is new, sparkling clean and high quality. Kitchen is equipped with professional appliances. Location is very close to fun activities, but you easily can stay at home and chill in pool, soaking tub and sauna. We definitely want to book this place again for the next year.

We had a lovely weekend with our family celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for hosting 6 of us, walking to the beach and then driving up to Capitola and other towns very close by for celebration dinners. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend others to consider for a beach getaway.

Cute house. Would advise driving during daylight tho, the roads are extremely windy and challenging at night. We had a tough time driving up in the dark. The amenities like hot tub were great. House was as described! Easy to use amenities. Would advise bringing a jacket on April.

We loved every moment spent in this house ,especially the cats , the house was very comfortable, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend this house .

The house was perfect for our family. The private fenced backyard, hot tub and dining areas made the space twice the size. That big beautiful maple was a treat to sit under and enjoy all the birds flying overhead to the lagoon nearby. The location is epic! We loved walking to twin lakes and blacks beaches with the dog. Early mornings with low tide gave us plenty of beach to run around on. The farmers market on Sunday is also just a walk away. Highly recommend !

You will not regret staying here. Debra and David were so incredibly nice. The house and the outdoors/garden are beautiful. We loved the hot tub being off the master suite and the fact there are no neighbors so it’s incredibly quiet. It’s in a great location near both downtown and the fairgrounds. We can’t wait to return. We might need to add more nights because we had such a fantastic time. Thanks Debra. So great to meet you and David!!

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Will definitely book this wonderful gem for our next visit to Santa Cruz!

Joyce’s place was clean and had a really great location. We thought we were right on the Cliff so that was kind of a bummer to have a house in front of our ocean view. But the place was really nice, and very clean! The space was really cool and had great decoration. Beds were comfortable. Kids were happy. We loved playing in the hot tub and in the garden in the backyard.

We had a wonderful stay at Theresa’s place. Great location and very well maintained. We’d love to stay there again.

We enjoyed the beautiful location with an easy walk to the ocean and nearby nature bridges park. The home was clean, welcoming and comfortable and the bedroom layout worked great for our family. It includes nice amenities with the hot tub and fire pit outdoors. The host was very responsive and friendly!

This property is just like being at home....It is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Julia is a wonderful host that goes up and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We truly enjoyed every minute of our visit, and for the first time in a long time, renting houses for our vacations...We just didn't want to leave! We look forward to getting back to Julia's!

The location was unbeatable – just a short stroll to the iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, making access to rides, games, and the beach effortless. No parking worries! The hot tub was a true highlight. After a day of exploring, soaking in the warm, clean water under the stars was the perfect way to unwind and added a luxurious touch. The home itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds comfortable, and ample space for all. Host communication was excellent – responsive, friendly, and clear. We had a memorable time and are already planning our next visit. We absolutely loved our stay at the Pringle family house! The home itself was so bright and cozy. The backyard was beautiful. There were so many bright flowers all around the yard. We even got to enjoy a small quail family that visited daily:) So cute! We recommend this house for any future visitors!

Beautiful home, great for our girls weekend. Cute backyard to hang out in and even cooler golf simulator. Definitely would stay here again if we are back in Monterey. Max was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Also best coffee bar … we loved it !!

Alyssa’s and Meghan’s place is clearly a home, with all the thoughtful touches that many AirBNBs lack. Their house manual is an excellent companion for your many adventures in the area, though you may have a hard time getting yourself to leave the cabin and the “prettyish wilderness” outside it. Would stay again. Would befriend Meghan and Alyssa.

We had such a lovely stay here! The home is beautiful, and our kiddos (2 yo and 4 yo) just love it here as well. We had so much fun eating family dinners on the patio outside, and we also loved watching the sunsets (and the fog roll in) on the front deck. We try to come out to Carmel once a year and this is our second time staying at Holly’s home. We look forward to staying here again for our next trip!

This place was so beautiful. Great location- private and quiet. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. We also saw a deer and her fawn on the yard as well as various birds. Everything was clean, tidy, and we had everything we needed. Thank you for providing such a great getaway for us!
