Great place for an extended stay! I rented the cottage for about 2.5 months and felt very at home during my stay. Colder months in Monterey mean dressing warm, but the provided space heater kept the cottage comfortable. A small kitchenette was limited, but a provided air fryer and microwave made things more manageable. An overall peaceful, clean and great stay!

We stayed at Ten place for the month of November and loved every minute of it! We felt at home within minutes of walking in the door. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out which was nice for those who needed to work. And at the end of the day, the cozy living room with fire place was our favorite place to hang out…so cozy! The kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook and the DR table was big enough for our large group. Abby and Holly are THE BEST hosts, and were quick to respond to our questions or concerns. We hated to leave and can’t wait to come back.
