Townhome vacation rentals in Carlsbad Village

I stayed here with some friends for a college graduation trip, and the place exceeded my already high expectations! It’s just one block from a Trader Joe’s, which was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again with a large group. Thank you Laurel!

Hector’s place was very well located, well stocked with what you might need in the kitchen to comfortable beds and ample “hang out space”. The roof deck is a welcome extra to be able to sit outside in a private area. Located about 3 blocks from the beach and just a few steps from multiple food places, it met our needs perfectly! Thank you Hector for being so responsive as well!

We had a great stay at Stephanie's. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed to comfortably fit 7 adults and 1 kiddo. We loved the extra amenities (Keurig machine, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, towels) and the amazing location with walking distance to everything at Pacific Beach. In addition, the place was spotless when we arrived - there was no dirt on my socks at all from walking around the house. We would definitely stay again!

Cutest clean condo super close to the beach, restaurant, and shops. My kids loved the bunk beds. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and lots of beach equipment. Would highly recommend!

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

The condo was amazing and I felt very safe inside the gated community traveling alone. Linda allowed me to stay an extra day and was very responsive. The condo is literally a minute walk to the private beach access. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! Had a great time. We were in downstairs unit. Other guest were above us and it wasn’t problem. Never knew they were there. Full kitchen to cook in. The ice maker in frige wasn’t working so we used the counter ice maker that worked great. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean from front rooms. What’s nice is they allow pets. Host was very responsive. We will stay there again.

Clean, beautiful home, perfect first AirB&B experience. Host is responsive and helpful. We loved our stay in Oceanside. Within walking distance to the pier and ocean. I Highly recommend booking if it’s available!

We loved our stay at this townhouse! It is perfectly located next to the beach with a short walk to the stair case that leads you down the cliff and on to the sand. It was just the right amount of space for my group of five adults and my young children. The host fully discloses that the house is not completely child safe, so we brought our own way of containing them which was totally okay with us. The host requires a separate rental agreement. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled, and are very nice. Overall this stay was a great value!

My stay at Cherie’s was remarkable from the host to the amenities in the house from how nice the place was everything was beautiful well set up had everything we needed it was really nice that anytime I come to San Diego Oceanside area I will be looking to book this place. Very kid friendly too. Cherie thank you for the wonderful experience me and my family had in your home. Thanks for everything you did.

We had a great time! All eight of us fit comfortably. We spent most of our time at various beaches, but being able to walk to the local beach in the evening was extra special. We really appreciated the extra beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. it was also very helpful having washer dryer access.

We had a great stay! The location, private (offstreet) parking and beach amenities provided were wonderful. Layout of unit was extremely good. Bedrooms comfy, well lit and in general just a perfect space for our San Diego vacation. Totally walkable + great jumping off point for zoo, PetcoPark, etc.. Anastasia was a swift communicator, too! Will definitely return - thank you!

By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. We visit Carlsbad annually. This is truly a family beach house, not just an Airbnb flip to rent out. The details in the design and the beautiful artwork made it feel even more peaceful. Everything was very nicely renovated with nice fixtures and countertops, it was clean, and super comfortable. The beds and sheets were very cozy, as well as both couches. We actually stayed at the unit 2 doors down last year and this one blew it out of the water. In addition, the location is unbeatable!! You’re only a few easy walking blocks from the village, several restaurants, coffee shops, etc and you can access the beach right off the back patio with private access which makes it so much easier to use the restroom, clean up your beach mess, and go to and from easily. The condo complex has an outdoor shower, and the unit has its own hose. The beach patio is perfect for enjoying dinner overlooking the beach with a full table with umbrella. Hope to stay again!!

The place was fantastic and Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very responsive and flexible. The home had an amazing view of the Pacific and was super comfortable to stay in for a week. The beds were all comfy and everything worked well. Perfect location in Leucadia and convenient for everything. We will DEFINITELY rent here again when in this area. Had an amazing stay!!!!!!!!

We felt very comfortable. The furnishings are top modern, and everything worked perfectly. Short distance to the Beach, to great Restaurants and to the Supermarkets.

Lovely space in Encinitas, California. Easy to get around. Parking was simple, amenities in the house were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. Easy to walk around and get around. I would definitely come back.

Morgan was a thoughtful and attentive host. She provided us with all we could possibly need for our stay. The view overlooking the ocean is stunning. The community is peaceful with beautiful flowers and succulents, and completely quiet. It was easy for me to find places to do Pilates each morning and running trails nearby. It was a gift to have a simple walk into town to enjoy great coffee or a delicious brunch! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well turned out flat. They had everything you could need from blankets to bed linens to kitchen necessities. we loved the easy access to the beach and sunset walks were gorgeous as well as hearing the ocean through your windows. We 100% recommend this lovely place.

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating.
