You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Our outbuilding is an old bread oven that we have refurbished. Mezzanine room under a sloping roof accessible by a staircase, miller's ladder type (quite steep). Upstairs, a 140*190 bed or on the ground floor, a 140*190 sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...) Sheets and linen provided. Private entrance. Parking available in front. Accommodation located 20 minutes from Rennes and 40 minutes from St Malo, at the start of a walking path

Welcome to our old but comfortable renovated manor, in the quiet of a one-hectare wooded park, 20 minutes from Rennes and 30 minutes from the coast. Tourist stay or professional stopover in the countryside, it allows us to accommodate up to 7 people. Over 120 m², three bedrooms (including a crossing), living room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, bathroom, separate toilet, private entrance, vehicle charging station. Ps: We have kept the charm of some old low frames.
