Located in a quiet and shaded place, our gîte is close to the center of the village of Saint-Perdoux, 10 km from the city of Figeac. This small single-storey house of 45 m2 with a wooded garden🌳, flat and fenced of 800 m2 is ideal for nature lovers! Newly renovated at the beginning of the year, the gîte is composed of: - a kitchen open to the living room - living room with fireplace - 2 bedrooms - shower room - and separate powder room. Our cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

La Petite Maison de Pradelle, lovely guest house

Come and relax in our guest house 5 minutes from Figeac. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine with a bathroom and a double bed area. We allow access to our lovely little swimming pool as well as an outdoor dining area. 30 m² apartment in the center of the village, with an outdoor area. On the ground floor you can safely leave bicycles, strollers, or other equipment. Upstairs you will find a main room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette: hob, microwave, kettle... As well as a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room. A washing machine can possibly be used in common. 70 m from the accommodation is a grocery store open 7 days a week

Maison Rossignol is a 19th century building. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with the essentials for cooking, as well as a small bathroom with dry toiletries.
