Pleasant villa with swimming pool (8x4 m) on 2000 m2 of flat land, fully fenced and completely quiet, not overlooked, with olive grove in a residential area. Absolute tranquility. Open kitchen on shaded and ventilated terrace overlooking garden and pool. Air conditioning in the living room and dining room. Two large separate bedrooms with 160 cm beds and large wardrobes. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Kitchen open to dining and living room and veranda area
