Nearby Lake Arjuzanx 4 km away, ocean beaches (Contis and Mimizan) 30 minutes away. Shopping center and city center 10 minutes away. Nice market on Wednesday mornings. Lots of bike paths.

The 180 m² house is located in a quiet area of the village of Bégaar. Completely renovated, it is very pleasant to live in and consists of 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a heated swimming pool, a sauna, a terrace, a veranda, a laundry room, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
