Overlooking the impressive and beautiful Loch Harport, this quiet crofting community is one mile past the world famous Talisker distillery, one of many fabulous attractions the Island has to offer. Other near-by must see's are the Fairy pools on the road to Glen Brittle, and also Talisker beach. The pods are equipped with a mini fridge, cooking and dining facilities. One double bed, a sofa bed and electric shower.

This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

Falasgair is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. I designed and built the house myself which is why it has a personal feel. it manages to be spacious and at the same time cosy. just a few minutes drive from Carbost with the "Old Inn" with its restaurant ,bar and trad music nights , the famous Talisker distillery is now complemented by “The three chimneys at Talisker “ and the coffee shop completes the village .
