Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

The studio features an open layout with a spacious bed and a cozy seating area. A wooden dining table with chairs occupies one side, while a television is mounted near the bed. Bright natural light enhances the warm colors and furnishings throughout the space.

Beautiful penthouse with very good views.Two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning in living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, glass, electric oven, microwave and all kinds of utensils. Wifi. Two terraces of about 13m2 each, parking space and 5 minutes from the beach. To access the apartment there is a small flight of stairs on the top floor. Pets are allowed (see house rules and cleaning fee)
