We were great! The apartment is just like the photos and description, everything is very clean. The service was very good. If we go back to Carboneras, we'll be sure to repeat it. Taking a walk you are in the center and close to everything. Parking always on the door.

Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.

We had an amazing weekend in this apartment. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the beach and in a very quiet area, ideal for disconnecting. The apartment was spotless, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the host was very kind and helpful at all times. We will definitely repeat. Totally recommendable!

As described - it really is breathtaking. Angela and Julian were incredibly helfpul and responsive. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The not-functioning ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms could be inconvenient in hotter temperatures. We were thrilled to be able to stay in this house.

Marta's place was more than we could have wished for... The house has everything and feels like home from home. The combination of garden pool and direct access on to the beach felt like such a privilege. We were a little worried that the building work in the next door plot might disturb us but it really wasn't an issue. Getting up for sunrise on the beach and snorkeling with octopus are just some of the memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you Marta for sharing your beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful guesthouse in Mojácar. The location is unbeatable, the beach is just a 2–3 minute walk away. The home and surroundings were peaceful, charming, and full of things to explore. Our hosts were welcoming and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Great family stay at Laura's! Thank you very much. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, there was an air of Rio Bay with mist this February. The house is very inspiring. Communication with Laura is very fluid and Rosa welcomed us on site in a very warm way. She is really ultra caring and accommodating. Thanks again, we hope to return to the sunny days! Had a great stay at Nachos apartment. As other reviewers have stated - excellent apartment, location and hosts. Everything you need is right there for a great time in Mojacar. Highly recommended.

David and Diana are amazing hosts. They were very friendly and helpful and gave us a step by step process to get in the apartment. That was great and extremely thoughtful. The apartment was impeccable and we will be back for sure.

A perfect location within a very short walk of the beach, shops, supermarket, good restaurants and bars. Villa is well stocked and very child friendly with plenty of pool toys. Pool is a good size, warmed up nicely and very well maintained as we saw pool maintenance a number of times. Villa is clean, with plenty of space for a family or 2 and I can confirm the mattress to the master was great. We didn’t spend time in the villa in the evenings but it was well set up for sociable gatherings if you were sharing the space with friends/another family. Really enjoyable stay at a villa that caters for almost any type of guests in a location that has so much close by, yet is quiet and despite being overlooked by some apartments felt very private as barely saw a person. Looking forward to our return next year!

We were very comfortable at Maria's place. The town of Las Negras is a special place to disconnect and the house is located in one of the best places in the village, both close to the beach and leisure places. The house is large, comfortable, with all the necessary accessories, within a new and quiet development. The views from the terrace are a great plus for the house. María was attentive to our possible needs. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

We had a great time at Amaya's house. We have disconnected a lot. The ocean views from the terrace are wonderful, we have had some beautiful sunrises. The development is very well maintained, it is a pleasure to walk around inside. We used the cold water pool, which was great by the way, with a splash pool for the kids and also the heated pool, which was a delight. The house is next to a small shopping mall that was ideal for shopping and eating, dining out. We especially appreciated the prepared food site that saved us a lot of cooking and really allowed us to disconnect with our children. Amaya provided us with a crib and high chair. I recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything!

Very nice stay. Very comfortable. 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Maylo was very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment was spotless and is very comfortable and nice. I would definitely repeat.

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

The dream house. We didn't want to leave, we went with our dogs and were super happy on the terrace it has. The house is very clean, even though it is in a coastal area where there may be dust, but it was pristine. The sheets smelled really good, as did the house Definitely super recommended, it's a great option to choose and the views are much better than in the photos that are advertised. The neighbors are also nice, which is important Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. If we get the chance, we'll be back. Thanks again ☺️

Placidos apartment is right on the beach, it's very comfortable and light, equipped well because it's someone's home, so more than you need. it stayed cool during a hot week, even though no air con. loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Placido is welcoming and helpful, and provided a file of recommendations. Hard to improve on this apartment in Aguilas.

Elena’s apartment was perfect for us, simple and stylish with everything we needed, we loved the roof terrace and also a the little balcony off the living area - lots of space and very comfortable. San Jose is such a hidden gem with stunning beaches and walks all around and an array of great restaurants to suit all budgets - we loved it and will definately return. Elena went above and beyond with her recommendations for the area, she is a true ‘Super Host’ thank you x

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!
