Monthly Rentals in Carate

This place was exactly what I had hoped for on our family vacation visiting the Osa Peninsula and Corcovado. We had an amazing time! Our stay was wonderful and we can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the hospitality and experiences that Justin, as well as Yeri and his family helped us to enjoy!

The place is amazing with lots of birds and wildlife. Beautiful flowers and plants. Sleeping open air is not for the faint of heart, but for us was an experience of a lifetime.

Sarah’s place is amazing, we will definitely be back. This house has oceanfront views, a beautiful yard and a great pool to make our stay very relaxing and peaceful! We saw macaws, a variety of birds, iguanas, lizards, coati’s and a mama sloth that the kids would run and try to spot every morning. The property manager was so friendly and helpful and would crack coconuts for us and spot the sloth when we couldn’t find her. Sarah would check in and see if we needed anything. She has a book at the house with wonderful recommendations of things to do in the area and places to visit that were reasonably close! We ate at Coquito’s frequently. They are the nicest restaurant owners with amazing food! We loved swimming in the pool and ocean every day. We enjoyed our daily beach strolls and didn’t feel like leaving much because of how peaceful and quiet Zancudo is, especially at Sarah’s place! I can’t say enough good things about this place, especially if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!

We have stayed at many Airbnbs and this one was truly one of our favorites. I spend a great deal of time researching Airbnbs and this one lived up to the description. Truly magical stay in the tree tops. We easily spotted many birds and monkeys and lizards from the property. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor bathroom had great water pressure. My son is already planning our return to the tree house.
