We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured—actually even better in person. It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. Communication with Filipe was easy and friendly throughout. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌸🌸🌸

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well maintained, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that do not appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, had plenty of blankets and towels, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it is extremely well equipped, the pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house afterwards and intend to return! In addition, it is cozy and you can feel a positive family aura, you feel a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note a thousand!

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day, I would definitely come back!

Massimo was very attentive, he sent videos demonstrating the proper use of equipment among other items. He was very quick to respond and gave tips nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location for those going to the Albert Eistein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in the kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

The stay was great. The photos match the location, everything is properly cleaned and very organized, clearly with the feeling of being at home. I'll definitely come back more often. Excellent studio, exactly as shown in the photos, very well adapted and clean, making the stay comfortable and cozy. Strict security routine in the building, which made me very calm, because I was alone with my daughter and this was a very positive point for me. Quick and easy check-in with polite and qualified staff. Quick and easy access to the garage. Full, organized and functional kitchen. Extremely comfortable bed. Delicious shower. Cooling air conditioning. Everything working perfectly. I didn't use the other common areas, but I believe they are excellent, as is everything in the building. Fernanda was a sweetheart... super polite, attentive and helpful. I missed the indirect lighting in the rooms, which was present in the photos, but this factor did not hinder my stay or diminish my delight in the property. This studio will certainly always be my first booking option every time I return to São Paulo. Thanks for everything!!
