The place felt very welcoming and so was Pilar. We only spent one night but the apartment had everything you need for a longer stay and was in a great and peaceful neighborhood. If we come back to Córdoba, we will definitely stay here again!

It's a place that fills your soul. It allows you to have a carefree stay. It has everything. Let's see some aspects. Security. Doors and windows with bars. I was shown an excellent detail giving a warm but safe home at the same time. Kitchen. It has utensils of all colors and varieties. Whatever you need, it has it. Hygiene. A forward-thinking man, if there ever was one. There are plenty of cleaning supplies. The house was spotless, from the kitchen, through the bathroom and to the grill. You see, sometimes you can miss that detail, but he doesn't. It was impeccable. Recreation. From board games to family game with 500 games. And when I talk about board games, I'm talking about the expensive ones. Room. The bed is a spectacle. Comfortable. The pillows were the kind you find in 4/5 star hotels. Spacious and comfortable closets. Patio with pool. I went in the middle of June. Oh, I forgot, he gave me information to buy food and places of interest. Thank you Santiago!!!!

The apartment is really beautiful, very spacious, safe, bright and quiet, located in a quiet area as well; it has absolutely everything you need to spend a couple of days, it has a variety of businesses nearby, although it is not so close to the center we were able to get around privately and by Uber feeling safe all the time. Highly recommended. Finally, although we did not meet Damian in person, he left us everything we needed to do the check-in and was asking throughout the days to know how everything was going, very grateful, beautiful stay ❤️

We stayed at Graciela’s place last year and were happy to return, everything was just as perfect this time. Graciela takes great care of the house and keeps it in excellent condition. A pleasant surprise this time was the addition of a dishwasher, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained home!

Great location great everything

The house is great. It's a small room with a kitchen and bathroom that has a small balcony. I was there in May and it was excellent. It's not noisy. The place was very clean and the owner is super kind. They made entry and exit more flexible for convenience. They always responded quickly to everything I asked. Very kind and attentive. The shower is excellent. Very tasty and easy to regulate the temperature. The bed is very comfy. The blackout shades darken the room well. I have nothing to complain about. For me it was perfect. But if you need a large refrigerator, the apartment only has a small minibar (which was enough for me).

Roberto was kind and helpful and I appreciated the in person check in because it allowed to clarify all minor doubts related to the apartment and got the answers I needed in few minutes. Moreover he gave me clear info about the surrounding area and dining options based in my interest. Nothing negative about this experience considering the apartment was clean and functional. I can't comment the kitchen and kitchen tools since I ate all my meals outside.

It is very well located, in a central and safe area, ideal if you are without vehicles. Paula was flexible with schedules and always responded with a very good attitude. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Some basic things were missing (floor cloth for example) all solvable. Value for the money, recommended.

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for only three days, but it was a great experience. Check-in/-out were super easy and flexible, there are a lot of bars and restaurants around the apartment, but the place is quiet. Great experience, highly recommend!

Excellent stay, Sebastián was super friendly and attentive, he adjusted the check-in to my schedule, the apartment was impeccable, tidy and clean, the area is nice and close to Nuevocentro Shopping and several restaurants and shops. It also has a beautiful balcony where every morning I received the sun. I definitely recommend it to everyone and I would gladly stay again the next time I return to Cordoba, an 11 out of 10.
