There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. There is a separate snug great for quiet and reading time. There is no Tv in this room . The master bedroom is ensuite. The twin bedroom and the second double have views over the river. The property benefits from an additional small downstairs toilet and off road parking.
