Cape to Grape, Guest Suite offers you 'down-south' ambience and fun in the Yallingup Hills where you have easy access to the surf beaches, wineries, walks and galleries. Whilst sharing the property with the main house, you still have private parking and entry. Rustic and relaxed, our spacious open-area accommodation is well-equipped with a king-sized bed, living area, bathroom/laundry, cooking area, native garden, carport, WIFI and television. We want you to enjoy yourselves and be comfortable.

The studio, 300m from town and the beach, is attached to the main house but is completely private with your own entrance and courtyard. The Studio has 1 queen bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 lounge room/consulting space. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Welcome to The Studio with its amazing ocean views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel/restaurant, general store and Lagoon café. The Studio offers luxury fittings, king-sized bed, comfortable window seats, air conditioning, wifi and its own balcony. There are 22 steps, with hand rails, down to The Studio. It has Development Approval (DA20/0643) from the City of Busselton. Sorry but The Studio is not suitable for pets, children or Leavers.

Set amongst lovely trees and courtyard garden available to guests. You will enjoy the many birds that visit as you sit on your own private balcony overlooking the garden.

Our new studio @ 36 is ready to host couples. Located only 300 m from the beach and parklands of geographe bay or a 700 m stroll into town. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.

Mulberry Cottage

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. We have been running Olive Cottage here for 2 years, this is the baby sister! Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.
