Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cape Kiwanda

We (fiancé and I) have stayed in about 7-8 Airbnbs over the last 4-5 years and hands down, this property was the nicest one we’ve been in. Finally, a property with everything labeled!!! There have been countless times that we are flicking on every light switch in a home trying to figure out what switch corresponds to which light. Besides the labeling of everything, the home itself is stunning and is a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants/breweries/wine bars. You could not ask for a better location on the Oregon Coast. The home also provides you a laundry room, with detergent, scent boosters, stain removal product, which was a huge plus for us as we were 7 days into our trip when we arrived so laundry was a necessity when we were looking for a home. We contemplated extending our trip simply because of this beautiful property and the scenery surrounding it. We hope to, no, we WILL be back in the future!

What a wonderful place! We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again! The house has everything you might need and if needed I would have felt comfortable messaging Eric and asking questions. The location was awesome and the hot tub was such a great time!

We had a great stay here, beach was a block away, and the cabin is nicely appointed and cozy. loved the vibe of it. Kitchen was really well stocked, everything was tidy and organized, nice washer/dryer, sauna and spa were really nice. Fireplace was wonderful and great room for reading and napping. Ashley was a really good host, very accommodating, responsive, and provided proactive communication and helpful information. Could use a deep cleaning of baseboards, harder to reach surfaces and blinds. Noticed some hair from other animals and layer of dust on things like upper shelves, under couches and on top of fridge. Didn't have a BBQ to use (though it's listed in the amenities). All other amenities and furniture was in great working condition No window covering on upper windows, so bring eye masks if you want to sleep in. Not a lot of privacy in the backyard, neighbor house overlooks hot tub and anyone walking by can easily look into backyard.

Peter’s A-frame was a great place to stay! Cozy setup just a short walk from the beach a local restaurants. My reservation was a bit last minute so I definitely appreciated the very quick reply for booking and easy check in. Overall had a very nice stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Bina’s for the second year in a row. Perfect location and house is well equipped for cooking.

A second time here and I’ve already booked my third for later this year, this location is perfect and Dee is a fantastic host. I really appreciate their communication and commitment to making sure their guests are comfortable, safe and pleased with their stay. I will continue to visit as long as Dee will have me!

Home was very cozy, clean. Great set up for families. Everything worked well, and the instructions were clear. Lots of restaurants, cute shops and beaches near by.

Our family of eight and two small dogs love staying at Bonnie’s home! Lots of parking, peaceful, fenced back yard, hot tub , and a trail to the woods behind the home. With two teenagers and two young adults you would think that they would be bored. They voted to go back again and again. Looking forward to our next stay in July. Thanks Bonnie

The huge windows and scenery looking out over the ocean is spectacular. The porch with a camp Fire is a huge bonus.

We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for a coastal getaway—walkable to the beach and just a quick 4-minute drive to town. The backyard was a dream for our two pups, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Everything was super comfortable, and we truly felt at home. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back again!

We enjoyed staying at Heather's place. We booked apartment B which has two bedrooms one with king size and the other with two single beds. Perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated the clean bedding sheets, larger TV and enough kitchen tools for our stay. We never used the game room so can't comment on that. Overall, our stay was surprisingly pleasant. Thanks Heather for making your place available for us. We will definitely stay again in our future trips

The place was perfect for 2 people and our older dog. Was very quiet which was perfect as we go to bed early. Check in was easy as Allison was very responsive. Bed was super comfy too which we appreciated because we have had our share of some not so comfy beds. Overall nice stay! Thank you

We had a wonderful visit staying here! Accommodations were exactly as described, house has a beautiful character and charm! Wonderful location easy to walk to downtown area with shops and restaurants!

The stay went great. We spent most the time at the beach but being able to come back to house that felt relaxing made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Jordan was so sweet to me and my friends! We stayed here for my 21st birthday and Jennifer and Jordan both got me a card and some little snacks! They were very responsive and offered to help us out with anything we needed! We definitely will be coming back!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The house just felt like a home. It was beautiful. The views were phenomenal and everything was pristine. We loved the quick little walk from the house to the market to the beach! It was the perfect getaway spot! The beds are beyond comfy! And all the white linens felt clean and sophisticated! Many events can be held here! We loved the baby gate towards the loft since the steps are a little steeper than average stairs but not super hard to go up. The hot tub was a great add-on for just soaking our worries away. This place has been a very memorable experience for our family and we hope many others will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!! Thank you again!! We will miss this house and your extremely kind hospitality!

Can’t beat waking up to the sound of the river in the backyard. Green, quiet, beautiful. Unique place that has all you need. Beautiful break we needed from “real life”.

Marcella’s place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Marcella was quick to respond and a pleasure to communicate with. Loved the humming birds! Would gladly stay again! Highly recommended!

This place is perfect. The house is beautiful and well-outfitted. The property is stunning and we slept with the window open at night. The sun shone perfectly through the well-positioned windows. We stayed for 2 nights with our two young kids (ages 1 and 3) and really appreciated all of the kids items! While the baby gate didn't really work (we kinda rigged it at the foot of the stairs) and we brought our own pack n play, we appreciated the high chair, toys, and books for kiddos. We loved playing vinyl and drinking great coffee each morning. We visited the river with our kids, but FYI it's NOT easy to get down there. You need to be able to scramble down and hand your kid down to your partner. Older kids could climb down with the guide rope, but littles can't. But, once you're there, it's GORGEOUS. In June, the water was low and there were plenty of rocks to climb around on while the afternoon sun warmed us and the water cooled our feet. We had a BLAST!

We chose this place for its forest vibes and it was nothing short of exactly what we wanted. We spent our last night as singles and our first day as a married couple here. It was perfect.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is so beautiful! The home is well appointed with comfy beds and enough space for everyone. The kids loveddddd the game room space. My family really enjoyed using the boats on the pond and relaxing on the deck. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolute perfection! I wish I could stay here for even longer. The space was super clear, the surroundings and house were beautiful and the amenities were wonderful.

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed home on the river! But be aware of poor cell service and no wifi! The wifi part in the listing but I didn’t even think to look and just assumed I would have better service. Not the end of the world, but we were staying here during a trail race weekend and it would have been great to have been able to get some texts out and have a better way to navigate around the area for crewing the races (poor to no cell service in the whole area). Besides that though, the house and property are truly wonderful!
