Dean's place was amazing! I felt at peace and felt like I was really in the middle of nature. Quiet and very cozy place! I will be back again! Dean is very friendly and communication is quick and easy!

We absolutely loved our stay in Provincetown. The location made it easy to pop in and out of the apartment between activities. Despite being so close, the hedging around the private yard made it feel secluded. We enjoyed the outdoor space and grill for dinners. The condo itself was the perfect size for two people. The king bed was very comfortable, the decor was cute, and the windows kept the noise out at night. Michael is an excellent and responsive host. All in all, a great find!

We loved this cottage and the Wellfleet community. Great location, peaceful and beautiful. Lots of local restaurants with good food. The cottage was very well thought out, cozy, clean and peaceful. We cooked our first night there and it had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this host and her lovely cottage.

Tomi and Jim warmly greeted us when we arrived, showed us the place and offered recommendations for restaurants etc. Beds comfortable, towels soft…..just a beautiful cottage as listed!!!

The Lemon Drop was perfect! Just like the pictures with a clean beachy inside and amazing outdoor space. We had a wonderful time with all the amenities easily available. Great communication throughout our stay

Beautiful setting in the woods, incredibly peaceful- yet minutes away from a lovely New England village with shops and cafes.

We had THE BEST time staying at Jay’s cottage. It was perfectly located, just around the corner from all the action of Commercial Street, but tucked away for quiet and privacy. The space was beautiful, cozy and clean. I literally slept for 10 hours a night in the bed here; it was that comfortable. Jay couldn’t have been more hospitable, even enlisting his very sweet neighbor to help out when he could get here quick enough. It is such a beautiful community with wonderful people inhabiting it. Provincetown is absolutely unique, with so much to do and eat and enjoy! We will absolutely stay with Jay when we come back. ❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful stay! The instructions were clear and Leslie has a wonderful guide inside of the house instructions and things in the area. The house is right next to a CVS and only a few minute walk from the main strip! Really convenient. The space was the perfect size for the two of us and our two pups. Had the best sleep under the skylights in the loft!

This place was excellent. Short drive to town. Peaceful, beautiful yard. Clean and comfortable place. And Chad was a great host. I highly recommend!

This is the Cape Cod cottage of your dreams! We stayed for a long weekend before Memorial Day and it was just what we needed. It was exactly as described, and is convenient to basically anywhere in the Cape. It is a little tight, but it makes up for it in coziness. We will definitely be returning. Caroline was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated the welcome book with every detail about the cottage, and even some amazing recommendations for the area!

What a gem! We LOVED our time in Sedna cottage! It was an unseasonably cold few days in May, including a Nor'easter with heavy rain and winds, so we were really glad to have a gorgeous view of the ocean and a full kitchen inside our cozy accommodations. Before the storm, we sat by the water every night as the sun went down. Saw seals! Took walks along the beach! And we LOVED the restful quiet with close proximity to the hustle of Provincetown. Daniela and Akshay were very responsive-- gave us great suggestions, answered our questions promptly. Can't wait to come back!

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Betsy’s tiny house in Provincetown! It was the perfect peaceful retreat—quiet, serene, and exactly what I needed. The space was thoughtfully set up, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. I appreciated that I had the option to bring my service animal, even though I didn’t end up needing to. Betsy was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and attentive. She checked in a few times just to make sure everything was going well, which made me feel truly cared for. I would absolutely stay here again!

Went for a long weekend at the Cape and the place was everything and more. Communicative host who makes themselves always available. Had a great time. Great host!

Beautiful home and the beach was gorgeous, lived using the provided kayaks and the couch is extremely comfortable.

The location, so close to the Salt Pond Visitors Center, was ideal. If the weather had been better, it was cool and one day very rainy, we would have enjoyed the spacious grounds around the house. The house is small, but worked fine for the two of us. Everything was there that we needed and the house was very clean. We found the bed extremely comfortable. Tara was always very responsive and when I asked her for a specific restaurant recommendation based on what I was looking for she came through with several and the one we chose in Wellfleet was perfect. Lucky for us it was also restaurant week!

Linda was great. I was moving to the area and was scrambling closing on my house and moving into my new home in town. Both were crazy and made staying here place easy and convenient. Highly recommend Linda.

Margaret is a great host, and an interesting person to talk to! Very personable, and does her best to ensure you enjoy your stay. As it turns out, a tiny home is just not our thing, especially for lounging & rest/relaxation, but Margaret's hospitality and the spa area completely made up for that! The hot tub was meticulously cleaned, the sauna was great, and the cold plunge was refreshing and clean as well! Shopping and restaurants were less than 15 mins away.

Highly recommend! I surprised my husband with a boys weekend trip to the cape for his birthday and they had a fantastic stay! So many delicious restaurants in walking distance to the house and you can’t beat close beach access! Kathleen was very helpful in the beginning of my planning on making sure the house was accommodating for what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

This is a charming, comfortable, and immaculate cottage in a beautiful neighborhood of historic Bristol. While the pictures are completely accurate, they don't capture the "feng shui" of the place -- the peaceful feeling of being inside a well-designed small house suffused with light and surrounded by trees and flowers where every piece of furniture and decor is carefully chosen and tasteful. The beds and linens are comfortable; the kitchen is well-outfitted; the backyard is lovely; the bikes are a real plus. The host has thought of most everything; there are great suggestions for restaurants, etc., in the area; the pantry and bathroom are better stocked than at most airbnb's; there is ample coffee, cream, and muffins for your breakfasts. We would definitely return. (Be aware that there are steep steps to the attractive 2d floor that some might find challenging).

Jason was an excellent host, and the cottage was perfect for a Ptown escape. The place is adorable and cozy, and the location could not be more convenient. It’s a short walk from the ferry, half a block from the Boatslip, and close to all the best coffee shops and restaurants in town. And despite being in the heart of it all, it’s tucked away on a quiet side street, so noise is not an issue at all. It also has a really sweet outdoor space. I loved my stay here and would definitely love to come back!
