The shower room includes a sink, toilet and 70 x 100 cm shower cabin. Residence secured by a barrier, private parking space, bike storage, Wi-Fi, cellar.

The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely.
