Solid Airbnb, had 15 of my friends for my bachelor trip and we all thought the space was super nice. One of the most well stocked airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid airbnb for a lot of people!

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The home is in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake, with beautiful mountain views all around. Every morning we enjoyed walking through the area — it was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights was the incredible wildlife that visited the backyard each evening; deer, armadillos, birds, it was such a special experience for the whole family. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Edwin was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature!

The Dome is epic! Seriously cool 70s style with OG Austin vibes. We really enoyed using the kayaks and lily pad. Chilling on the boat house deck for the sunset was our favorite nighty activity. Lucas was a responsive and friendly host. My husband lost his wallet somewhere in the house and we were promptly informed when the cleaning crew found it to schedule a pickup. All around 5 stars!

This place was so cute and cozy — the perfect getaway spot. It had tons of thoughtful little touches that made it feel extra special, and it was incredibly well-stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. The river access nearby was great, and the restaurants and town square were just a short drive away, making everything super convenient. One of our favorite parts was seeing all the baby deer around — such a sweet and peaceful experience. Ashley was amazing — always quick to respond and so kind every time I reached out. We truly can’t wait to come back!

Good host, quick to respond. House was clean and well stocked. River is easily the best part. Steep walk but concrete and steel stairwell make access easy. Ankle deep water to at most waste deep. Located at a v of a river. lot of area to hang out in. Lots of shady trees near the river edge. Might need to bring a tent if you plan you stay in one spot and not move ALL day due to the sun moving but can definitely get by on what’s there. It was a great time. Also a big porch hangout area with lots of space.

Nice, clean and private. Great big windows in the front of the house, We requested window shades for privacy at night, completed, and very responsive. There was a minor issue with the heating, fixed, very responsive! There was a small issue with the dryer, fixed, very responsive! The deer 🦌 were our special guests, they visited us every morning and throughout the day until sunset. The area has septic systems therefore we suggest drinking bottled water. The east window has a great view of the sunrise! Ample space for a family with kids with the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Cable service was great, never had dropping problems. Very close to restaurants and retail stores. Unfortunately, due to the drought they have been experiencing for the last couple of years, we were unable to enjoy any water activities in the Canyon Lake. There is no water activity at all. Jennfier was a super host. She was very responsive to any questions we had in advance of our arrival and checked on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and that we found things. The house was just what we expected based on the description and pictures and was very nicely appointed and comfortable. It was like being at home. The location on the Guadalupe River was perfect and allowed us to enjoy some time out at the river since it had such easy access. We couldn't have booked a more perfect place our weekend in New Braunfels.

My friends and I LOVE this place! It is so cute, inside and out and right off the lake which was beautiful! It made our stay in New Braunfels 10x better! We all gravitated towards the deck area, it was so peaceful in the evenings! Randy was awesome, he made sure we had all the information we needed and always responded quickly if we had any questions! We wish we could have stayed longer! 12 out of 10!

My husband and I loved the little cabin, very clean and comfortable. It’s private and very quiet. It has everything that we needed in order to make our stay more enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and helpful, whether it was through the people at Evolve and Ms. Hilda. They are polite, quick to answer any questions, and all instructions are very easily understood. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The setting was peaceful and private—perfect for unwinding. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We especially loved JPS Wimberley BBQ—it was delicious! And spending time at the river was truly amazing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It’s like staying at grandmas lake house. Gorgeous location. I could’ve stayed forever waking up to the amazing backyard. The owners take impeccable care of the yard. We had a great time fishing and barbecuing.

My daughter and I stayed for a few nights and had a great time. It's very peaceful but close enough to New Braunfels and Gruene for when you wanna get rowdy. We enjoyed our stay, very cozy and clean. Hosts were very quick and responsive with great recommendations. If you want BBQ definitely go to Black's and if you want true German food go to Alpine Haus, for breakfast there's a taco truck that it ahhhh-mazing called Taco 3 Hermanos off FM 306. Needless to say, we never used the kitchen but it was well equipped and clean.

Everything was as described, including the low water levels. The (adult) kids had a good time will the adults spent the weekend just relaxing. Very quiet and serene. Definitely will come back when some water time can be had.

Came for a girls weekend and this cabin did not disappoint! Very comfortable and secure. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend.

Erin is an excellent host! We timed it right for the Texas Water Safari this trip and it was cool to watch! We have been staying with Erin since 2023 and she continues to make improvements and adjustments that enhance our stay. The property is unique, historic, and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

The river was amazing!! we absolutely had the best birthday trip with the kiddos. The stairs leading up and down are NO joke - but TOTALLY worth the hike for the amazing river access. We will definitely be back and stay longer ^_^ beautiful deck and space was just what we needed and then some.

This is the cutest, rustic cabin! Nestled in natural greenery, comfortable decor, and a relaxing River… my adult daughter and I floated, relaxed, and enjoyed our mini-holiday SO much! We ate at Myron’s, shopped, and enjoyed NB’s farmer’s market. My little pugs ran around and napped til their hearts were content. Five Stars! Thank you for having us, Amy!

Excellent hosts. This was a perfect setup for our family. Ashley and Jeff were very responsive. Lots of outdoor games and activities.

Lovely private cabin in a peaceful farm owned by friendly couple. Very safe and secure. Short drive from many amenities (cinema, town centre, supermarkets, etc.) A great base to explore New Braunfels and surroundings. Would highly recommend.
