Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located flat. Recently renovated, Super cozy and clean. With a gas fireplace and great Wi-Fi. Just two blocks from the new Indian Creek Plaza in downtown Caldwell. Along with several delicious restaurants and a movie theater all within walking distance. I personally love the free live music during the summer time at the Indian creek plaza! If you’re here during winter, the creek side Christmas lights are one of the biggest and best displays around!

Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. The private office includes an infrared sauna, while the bonus room has a TV, games, and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin. The living room features soaring 18-foot ceilings. Outside, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the BBQ area. Great for sports teams, family reunions, and large groups.

The Modern Farmhouse was recently remodeled with upscale amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay! Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

Skip the long drive after concerts, rodeos, tournaments, and events at Ford Idaho Center. Relax in a brand-new private setting just minutes from the arena, CWI, restaurants, Walmart, and I-84. Located Near Shopping and Restaurants Located on 1.5 acres. Constructed in 2018. Short Distance to Ford Idaho Center, CWI College, Walmart, Local Restaurants, Golf Courses, Hospital. No pets allowed doesn't mean hypoallergenic.

This beautiful home has a great central location. It has high speed internet, capable of sustaining work from home and online learning. It is only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and it is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. There is a designated covered parking spot, in the shared driveway, with additional street parking. Groceries, shopping and entertainment are only minutes away.
