IMPORTANT: A building is being constructed on the lot across from the property, with construction hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There could be more noise than usual, apologize for any inconvenience caused. For this reason, special rates are offered temporarily. In the living room, there is a very large 160x195 cm sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, where two adults can sleep comfortably. In total, 6 guests can sleep. Kitchen equipped with full kitchenware, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave with grill. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 Kg of load. SMART TV. The terrace is separated from the one in the apartment next door (similar features) by a door that is normally closed. Opening this door, both floors could be communicated by the outside. This would allow you to rent the two penthouses, thus allowing you to get a place up to 12 people in total.
