This is a cozy, newly built home located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Located near the Victoria Hospital, it is a perfect place to stay in the city. The home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 showers and sleeps four people. May accommodate up to 5. A queen size bed in the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom both with a tub and standing shower. It also has a walk in closet. A full bed is in the second bedroom. Included in the house are a washer and dryer set.

The 1800 sqft walkout basement offers a view of the beautiful sunrise over the lake every morning. If you're up for a drive we have, within 15 miles, 3 regional parks, 5 public beaches, 2 greenhouses and 3 golf courses.
