Vacation rentals with a patio in Cantonment, Escambia County

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Exactly as pictured! The space is fantastic and, honestly, goals for downtown close living. Literally the only downside is that you can most definitely hear the neighbors. HOWEVER, anyone that has lived in an older home knows that sound travels. This place is a 11/10 for sure.

Beautiful place and super easy to find. Very clean and the beach stuff was nice to have. I was worried only having window units would be rough because I like it cold. But even at 90 degrees outside it was still cold inside. Definitely will keep this place in mind for future trips! Also, they’re super responsive and easy to communicate with.

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

Ginnel was a fantastic host, ensuring our family had a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved the thoughtful snacks left for us before arrival, and the beds were exceptionally cozy. Having a garage to easily unload our luggage was a convenient bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we instantly felt at home, especially with the well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare our meals. Although the house was a bit farther from our planned destinations, its location right off the highway made traveling around Pensacola effortless. We truly enjoyed our stay, with the only minor issue being the presence of some pet hair on the couches, which was understandable given that it's a pet-friendly home. However, the effort put into cleanliness was evident, and it did not take away from our positive experience.

This is a great place. Nice, quiet, and comfortable. Easy to get to and from, even in the morning in rush hour traffic. I hope to stay here again sometime.

From start to finish, this place was worth the price and would rent again. It was easy to find, clean, had all the amenities and I loved the binder of recommendations. Our host made check in and out easy and simple, and was easy to reach before and after check out if we needed anything. It was kid friendly which was a major plus.

Wonderful house! Close to many attractions and had everything needed for cooking. We loved the pool and the outdoor area! Billy was very responsive and so kind. We will definitely check into staying here again! Thanks for a wonderful visit to Pensacola!

The Sunshine Stay was great!!! Everything was exactly like the pictures. The hosts thought of everything. They had cute little instruction posted everywhere and great recommendations. This stay was perfect for our family!

LaShawn was very easy to communicate with. I set this up for my stepdaughter & son-in-law for their first anniversary, LaShawn went above and beyond to make sure they had the perfect stay! I can not thank her enough! My husband and I are thinking about booking with her for our trip! Definitely a 10 out 10!!!

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

Great location and close to everything we needed. Awesome little private beach on the sound side, perfect for our little kids. Place was very clean, comfortable secure. We are already discussing a return visit!

We had a wonderful short visit to Perdido Key and the Purple Parrot. I love that pool! Our unit was spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfortable. We slept so good. We loved how close it was to one of our favorite restaurants, The Fisherman’s Corner. But, being so close to Johnson’s Beach is the cherry on top! Thank y’all so much and we will be back soon.

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.
