Kayak around the island, enjoying the turtles & birdwatching, or boat or drive to downtown Milton to dock and dine at Blackwater Bistro or Boomerang Pizza. There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.

Casey's Corner

Our home features a large master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a desk (for when work is absolutely necessary), and all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook your own delicious meals and is open to the dining and living areas. A washer and dryer are available in the garage.

WHO NEEDS SNOW?! Come spend a week in our Sunshine Escape! 3BR/2BA home near NAS Pensacola, and 10 minutes from the beach. Centrally located, our home boasts a large back yard with outdoor games, and for those rainy days we host a full indoor game room/arcade! Shopping is 5 minutes away and we're a short drive from downtown Pensacola. We are a veteran owned business, and are very military/veteran friendly!

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! I live in the guest house with Matt . There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
