It is one of the best stay you'll have. Believe me you'll think that you are at Home. Whatever you'll need in place to be called Home is there. Goa is known for Hustle & Bustle but here you'll fine a peaceful Goa. Home was clean. Every thing which needed was right there.

Stayed at this modern villa for a great price and had an amazing experience! The place was stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, and definitely a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Lokesh's place. It's very conveniently located quite near BITS Pilani Goa campus and if you need to visit the campus this is the perfect place to stay. Lokesh is a very helpful and friendly host and helped in organising my pickup from the airport and though my flight was delayed by more than two hours, his local taxi partner was waiting and also helped to check-in even though it was late at night. The place itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and is a great studio for short/ long stays. While I didn't try it, you can also avail of basic breakfast which he organises. I hired a scooter through Lokesh and it was very convenient to travel across Goa. The location itself is very scenic and peaceful with a nice view but you will need transport to move around as always in Goa. All in all an excellent stay and totally value for money and I highly recommend it.

This a very peaceful place. With very clean accommodations. The staff is very responsive and helpful.
