It is fully equipped and has three bedrooms with air conditioning, a closet and a bathroom each, a swimming pool with a terrace and lounge chairs, a living room, a dining room and a covered terrace with an ocean view and a full guest bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a pantry, a service room with a bathroom, a laundry room, and private parking.

This tidy house, just two blocks from the convent, mercado, and Centro, is perfect for large families/groups, as there are 3 beds and two hammocks in the huge bedroom, and three hammocks in the dining room, and now a 2nd toilet out back. There is an AC in the living room and in the bedroom. There is good internet, and a 42" flat screen for streaming videos. Breakfast includes eggs, bread, milk, cheese, cereal, jam, butter, coffee and tea. Huge secure back yard for your pets to roam.
