Hilltop Nest

NathanRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Bett's cabin is a short and convenient stop off the highway, with just enough dirt roads to add a film of dust to the car that says, "We went somewhere." The cabin was comfortable and we enjoyed our hummingbird neighbors. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. Being a cabin, there were a few yellow jackets buzzing around. One of them snuck through an open door, but it left without too much fuss after we asked it nicely, "Please, kind sir, yellow jackets belong on the outdoor side of the door." The bathtub was a hit with persons who think that taking a bath is a good use of time. The rest of us made efficient use of the shower. All rooms were cozy and well-stocked with the types of things you would expect to find. It has a super-awesome grandpa chair. Would stay here again just for the chair! (AND THE HUMMINGBIRDS!!!)

New Mexico Southwest Adobe Casita

JohnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Placitas casita is a lovely place with wonderful hosts who are friendly, quick to respond and easy to work with. I immediately felt right at home in the casita, which is cozy and quiet with a creative interior design. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware; the internet is fast; and it feels quite private. I enjoyed both sitting on the porch and relaxing on the backyard patio—all with beautiful views. The backyard grill is a nice bonus too. Just five minutes away you can find lots of trails for hiking, running and biking at the foot of the Sandia Mountains as well as a small commercial center with both a casual cafe and fine dining, a small grocery store and a new coffee shop. Not too much further away is Bernalillo (with a Sprouts); and Albuquerque is an easy 30 minute drive. So the casita’s location offers a nice mix of rural/nature with all your big city needs nearby. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to have the chance to do so again.

Pinetum was the perfect weekend retreat. Peaceful, cozy, and everything you’d hope for in a cabin getaway. The space is beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout, creating a warm, restful atmosphere. We especially loved the outdoor areas—soaking under the trees was a highlight. We’d love to come back for another restful weekend away from Santa Fe!

Pecos River Cabin

Beautiful cabin!! Everything you can think of was there to make your stay comfortable and convenient. We absolutely loved the fact that our pets could join us on this trip; they loved every moment of it! I just wish we could have had more access to the river, but overall, it was a great place to stay and we very much enjoyed our time there!! 😊

Betty Jo's Place Off HWY 434 minutes from Mora

ChristineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Stephanie's place was very spacious and clean. There was a cool pellet stove in the center of the house and 2 space heaters to keep the whole house toasty. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. Stephanie was good with communicating directions to the house and communicating when we needed adjustments to the pellet stove temperature.
A compact bathroom area is displayed, featuring a minimalist white sink set against a speckled granite countertop. Dual mirrors flank the sink area, enhancing the sense of space. Soft natural light filters in, highlighting the earthy tones of the cabinetry.

5th Wheel Camper Northern NM

This is a wonderful place off the beaten path. Dogs are more than happy for pets and the alpacas will eat from your hand - not keen on pets yet. The hosts are spectacular giving local recommendations and always up for a chat. The RV is spacious and has the basics. Be sure you shop before arriving as it’s 20 minutes to a Dollar General and an hour+ for a grocery store. The dogs do patrol at night to protect the animals and they may bark just know you are safe. Can’t go wrong and will be ack when I’m in the area.

Christian Cottage

We enjoyed staying here. We live in the country ourselves, so we enjoyed the quietness and privacy that this location provides. David and his wife were a great hosts! There is a market and some restaurants right next to the place as well. Santa fe is only a 15 minute drive. Over all, really enjoyed the experience there.
A modern kitchen features a large island with four high-backed stools and a granite countertop. Exposed wooden beams line the ceiling. A vase with fresh flowers adds a touch of color. The kitchen includes contemporary cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, inviting a functional cooking space.

Historic Las Vegas, NM Plaza.

AaronRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was my second stay at Murt's property but with 2 different co-travelers. From the moment you walk into this space, it feels like home, what a fantastic property! The location is arguably the best in Las Vegas. While we were there was a concert in the plaza park that we listened to on the open rooftop patio, we had great pizza and drinks at the pizza place a few doors down, great coffee at kickstart and enjoyed cooking meals with family in the well-appointed kitchen. Really appreciate the responsive communication from Murt and easy check-in and check-out. We'll be back!
