I enjoyed a great stay at Brett’s place. Easy walk to Mayo Clinic. Safe neighborhood. Clean and cozy, especially the TV room: my favorite! Brett is a wonderful communicator: I felt truly welcomed . He reached out several times to see if I needed anything. I also appreciated the extras : like lotion/ shampoo/ etc. and a kitchen with all you needed for cooking. Very clean, natural light and a cute porch to sit outside and watch the world go by!!!! Definitely stay again !

Marlo’s place was exactly as described in the listing. A very beautiful older home with lots of charm. It was very clean from the linens, kitchen, and bathroom. Instructions were very clear and check in was a breeze! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place!
