Mara was such an excellent host!! Very prompt in her replies and the instructions for checking in are super clear. Her apartment felt like home and we were able to places very conveniently! The place was spotless and Mara was always on standby to answer our questions. Walking from the airport to her place took only 30 min.

Ideally located for hiking at the tip of San Lourenço, the environment is very quiet. You can walk to town. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The mattress and pillows are very hard!

Great stay! We saw this apartment and after booked tickets for flights, view is fantastic and all needed is inside apartment! Sunsets are attractive and view to the ocean from the bed is amazing!

It has been sometime since I stayed in a real home-y and cosy house like Betty's. Our whole group (two families with small children ) was very pleasantly surprised by this beautifully decorated home. There were many essentials as well as some offerings by the host readily available. The location(although not very close to the historic center) is fantastic as it is possible to walk to some famous rock pools and a beach, as well as many restaurants, a mall and a supermarket. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

We (two sisters) had a wonderful time in this apartment in Madeira. The welcome by José was very warm, he gave us great tips for restaurants and excursions. The apartment is clean, very well equipped and provided with many loving details – from soap and toilet paper to salt, pepper and other small attentions, everything was there. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside – simply unforgettable! The location is ideal to explore the island. We can absolutely recommend this place and would come back any time.

We really enjoyed the accommodation! (family of 6 people) This one is well located, a beautiful view, very peaceful and private place. It is very well equipped, heated pool (for €30/day), barbecue available, very spacious and clean. Which makes it a great value. We recommend it!

Madeira is adorable and the place was too! The accommodation is superbly equipped, you have everything you need. The location is fantastic. In the bedrooms, there are small "windows" to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea. Constantino was super nice, always helpful when we had questions about the island and he gave us great tips. Everything was clean, well-maintained and cozy. This Airbnb was worth every penny! We were more than satisfied!!! Thank you for this unforgettable time!

The cozy accommodation was very quiet at the upper end of the village. The view was beautiful. You could walk to the Picadinho bar. There is good coffee, delicious poncha and all sorts of food. Next to it is a poncha bar. For everything else, you need a car. We quickly got used to the smoky smell. Since we were only there for four days, we did not ask Johnny (very friendly and easily accessible) if there was any way to get the shower water a little warmer. It wasn't cold, but for our perception it could have been a few degrees more... All in all, a cozy stay. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful views and super responsive host!

Had an amazing stay in Funchal. The house is beautiful, the photos do not do the view justice! Lovely quiet street perfect location only 10 minutes walk from the old town. The kitchen is also very well stocked with plenty of appliances and delf which was great appreciated. João was so helpful and kind, an amazing host that went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!!

Spacious and clean apartment with stunning ocean views. Sunset on the balcony, tranquility and rejuvenation guaranteed. Restaurants are at the end of the street but no noise, a supermarket within walking distance. Very good communication with albino, very responsive, follow his advice regarding the car rental company. Delighted with our stay.

Beautiful and well-equipped accommodation, with a great ocean view. Very welcoming and available hosts. One detail is that the house is close to a tourist place so there is traffic during the day which can slow down the traffic on the access road to the accommodation slightly, but this does not disturb the quiet of the house which remains isolated and pleasant to live in. We recommend this place!

Everything was great! Perfect location

The check-in went well. We were very pleased and can recommend the apartment. Parking was available in the courtyard, otherwise it would have been bad to find a parking space. Next to the entrance was a small shop, also ideal. We felt very comfortable.

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

We loved staying here! Fantastic location for a vacation in Madeira and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
