The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. Light,self contained private room /shower in my garden. Own south facing patio and table. Comfy king bed. Very Quiet location. Easy walking distance to Poole Town Quay about 25 minutes by foot. Lively Ashley Cross with bars/pubs only 20 mins walk. B'mth beaches/ Sandbanks are just a short distance by car/bus. Parking on road after 6pm Monday - Friday. All other times -2 hour parking from 8am to 6pm. Weekends - no restrictions. I supply a basic continental breakfast, I can cater for coeliacs.
