Nice 3 bedroom in absolute calm (birthdays and parties not allowed)  spacious and very clean. Well located close to Bordeaux, nature and calm. Easy access to go to Bordeaux, visit the castles or spend a day at the beach. Located 5 minutes from the tram and close to Pessac Alouette SNCF train station. 40 minutes from the first beach of Arcachon Bay. I specify that the apartment is rented with my things in it, but in each room there are empty shelves to store your things.
