Beautiful and tranquil place. My kids and I loved it! it had such a cozy feel to it. I want to come back for the winter time.

The A-frame was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked, appreciate the coffee! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels, etc. we wished we had time for one more night here to enjoy all the board games!

This was such a cute Airbnb, and exquisitely detailed. The porch was amazing, and I loved cooking in their kitchen, as I had everything that I needed with a beautiful gas range stove. The natural lighting, open concept, and modern rustic finishes make it worthy of booking. Additionally, Marshall is such a sweet little town. I will definitely return!

We absolutely loved staying at Rivers Edge! Cutest little cabin with the best view! We got to see a fox across the river looking for some food and a family of deer crossing the river this morning before we left! Cabin was stocked with everything you need and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We will be back and refer all our friends to stay at this mountain paradise!

Our family had the absolute best experience staying at Debbie’s incredible cabin this past weekend! We gathered to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday with kids and grandkids, and we truly could not have pulled off such a memorable and successful weekend without this amazing home. The cabin itself is breathtaking — spacious with three floors to spread out, a pool table that kept everyone entertained, tons of board games for family time, and a hot tub overlooking one of the most stunning mountain ranges we've ever seen. Being the very last house at the end of a mountain road made it feel incredibly private and peaceful — exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for. That kind of seclusion is rare and made all the difference. Everything in the house was in perfect working order — you can tell Debbie takes great care of the property. From start to finish, her communication was fantastic. She was responsive, thoughtful, and quick to take action on anything we needed. 1 MILLION STARS!!!!!!

5 star stay - the location was about as perfect as you can get for outdoor adventures, and the cabin was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, has all amenities you’d need but the outdoor space is where the magic is at. The outdoor shower is really awesome and it was nice to be able to use the sauna as well. Highly recommend Babel Tower hike for a great view.

This is by far the best Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in. CLEAN. BEAUTIFUL. PRIVATE. ROOMY. COMFY. TASTEFUL. UNIQUE. This property is in the perfect location- an extremely quiet space that is close to it all. The home is exactly like the photos, if not better! The deck is AMAZING. Beautiful garden and creek down the driveway. 10/10. Book it right now.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. The check in and out was super easy. The hosts were understanding, accommodating, and responsive. The cabin itself had games for us on a rainy day, was clean, in a great peaceful location. Would definitely come back!

Camp Happy Mundo is a gorgeous, beautiful, cute, and refreshing site. It’s the perfect getaway for those looking for peace and quiet, tranquility, fresh air, beautiful views, and privacy while still having access to the outside world. It’s perfect for the introvert looking for a home away from home that isn’t loud and crowded by other houses. There are so many things to do without having to the leave the property, such as fishing, hiking, bird watching, stargazing, laying in a hammock, bonfires and grilling out, board games and puzzles, reading and scavenger hunts, soaking in the tub, relaxing in the sauna, or just watching TV and movies, or browsing the internet. There is also a cupboard with local items for sale, such as coffees, teas, artwork, and gems, within the cabin. The hosts were very quick with responses and meeting our needs, and gave us complete privacy without any unexpected visits. We’ll definitely be making an annual trip to Camp Happy Mundo, we loved our stay!

What a wonderful stay in a wonderful cabin! This cabin is awesome - great bed, great shower, great location, great hosts. The fireplace is awesome. It can be switched on for just the overall effect but you have the option of turning up the heat for warmth. I scheduled my stay for some much needed peace and quiet during a difficult time in my life. I arrived with the sniffles but it progressed into much more. I kept asking for extensions if time and Samuel & Angie were awesome. Thanks again to them. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and my stay.

Beautiful little cabin, the best part was the creek out back

It was raining lightly when we arrived, we had no idea Hurricane Helene was also coming to the mountains. We lost power the second day and water, Kenny and heather came to check on us and brought us a propane stove to cook on and boil water. This community has been hit hard by the storm, but it was incredible to see how quickly people came together to help each other. Kenny knew someone who had satellite internet and solar power, and they were happy to let people use it to get messages out. Another person had a satellite phone and offered to send messages for people. There is a local monastery, and the monks worked hard to clear the roads of mud and debris. When this area recovers, you must show them some love and support. The property is beautiful and the area is worth a trip. Please pray for them.

David was great! Extremely responsive to address my concerns, and took quick action to resolve them. Pet friendly which we really liked. The house setting is amazing and private. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to be back.

Rick is very friendly and hospitable. this was our second stay with Rick for an event in Spruce Pine. The cabin is quiet and relaxing. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

Dan’s cabin was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was thoughtfully designed for peace, comfort, and total relaxation. Tucked away in a quiet, private spot surrounded by trees and nature, it felt like I had my own little sanctuary—completely unplugged from the stress of everyday life. The cabin itself is incredibly charming—rustic in all the right ways but still stocked with modern comforts. It was spotless when I arrived, and everything felt warm and inviting. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and I really appreciated the little touches Dan included.

Once again, my husband and I had a relaxing stay in a wonderful, private and secluded cabin in Burnsville, NC. It was our second visit. If you want to relax and recharge from a busy schedule it is the place to go. We also enjoyed the firepit every evening.

Gretchen’s cabin was perfect for a last minute weekend getaway. The space was exactly as described, perfectly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Gretchen was a great host and communicated well throughout the weekend, even making sure we fared okay through some overnight storms. I hope to be back soon!

Could not recommend enough !!! We travel often and chose the goat property for our family vacation this year ! my (almost 80yr old grandma) my 53 yr old mother. my husband and I in our 30s and our 10&14 yr old kids !! every single one of us absolutely loved the house, the property, and the goats !! I have never had such a great host ! Can not wait to come back !!! We miss it already.

This place is very well described the listing. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful scenery. Easy access, ample parking and turn around space. The deck out back couldn't be more beautiful. There is no TV and they didn't list one as an amenity, I just missed that detail when booking. The bathroom floor did have some hair and debris from before our arrival. The mattress is very firm but comfortable enough. Nice quality bedding! The view from the bed is nice as well.

This is a warm and welcoming home. Even nicer than pictured. Very clean and well stocked. Great outdoor area. Close to Asheville and hiking. Highly recommend.
