Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and outdoor recreation area. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets
