Everything about 13 Dark Hollow was wonderful! The cabin was easy to drive to, with lots of foliage to keep it private outside. The cabin itself was a great blend of rustic with modern conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked some great meals there. The living room had a great automatic fireplace which made relaxing by the fire super easy and carefree! The hot tub and unique shower room made it feel like a spa retreat. Erica and Richard were great hosts and always made themselves available if need be. Overall, I would highly recommend 13 Dark Hollow to my friends and family. Can’t wait to come back! :)

Staying at Lee’s cabin was an absolute dream. Perched atop a mountain with wide open views in every direction, the setting was peaceful and awe-inspiring. The home itself is a gorgeous 70’s modern build, full of character with striking angles, massive windows, and natural light pouring in from every side. It’s the perfect blend of style, comfort, and immersion in nature. Lots of stone, glass, and wood. Lee was a fantastic host—communication was clear, check-in was seamless, and everything about the experience felt easy and welcoming. I found myself wishing I could extend my stay, but I knew snagging more time at a place like this wouldn’t be easy! Truly one of the most memorable stays I’ve had. No complaints at all—just gratitude. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

A beautiful space. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and had all our needs within reach with no issues to speak of. Waynesville was a treat and so was our stay. I was really inpressed with how cool the interior of the airbnb was.

Me and my fiance loved everything about this place! It is well taken care of, super clean, great area, secluded, and overall very nice. The host were absolutely amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will 10000% be back!!

We loved our time at the cabin and would totally come back again. It was uncluttered, super clean, very cozy, the bed was amazing, kitchen stocked with essentials. We cooked our own dinner over the fire and in the stove and it was perfect. We loved the record collection! Such a fun touch. We hope to come and stay again soon.

This is a 5 star review only because there’s not an option for more stars. This place is incredible. The cabin has spectacular views of nature. Everything in the cabin is simple and beautiful. Jessica has thought of everything from welcome card and wine to robes and shoes for the hot tub. The cabin is a short drive to Asheville but don’t miss out on what Weaverville has to offer. Lots of local spots with great food and vibes. Our three day stay was absolutely amazing and we did not want to leave. Cannot recommend this place enough! We hope to visit again!

It’s more beautiful than the pictures show! We loved our long weekend in this adorable house. The owner has put a lot of thought into the details and ensuring all your needs are met. The heated master bath floors are something I never knew I needed in my life. The sauna and hot tub were extremely clean. The layout of the whole house was perfect for multiple kids and couples. Our kids love the game room and how easy it was so play the board games and arcade games. The green space in the backyard was big enough for hours of play as well. The linens were incredibly soft, more than the average rental house for sure. We would love to stay here again. I’m already miss the breathtaking view.

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin near the river and close to town. It's about a 30 minute drive from Waynesville which is close enough for convenience but far enough away for peace and quiet. The area surrounding the cabin is stunning and private. Charles is an excellent host and the entire experience was well organized. We have absolutely nothing bad to say nor any recommendations for improvement. We would definitely stay there again 10/10

This home was perfect for our family of 3 teens and 3 adults. It was spacious and clean, we wanted for nothing. All this with a very accommodating, understanding and hospitable owners, who let us stay even after Helene's destruction to their bridge. Thank you for the wonderful stay this Thanksgiving 2024.

What a wonderful stay in a wonderful cabin! This cabin is awesome - great bed, great shower, great location, great hosts. The fireplace is awesome. It can be switched on for just the overall effect but you have the option of turning up the heat for warmth. I scheduled my stay for some much needed peace and quiet during a difficult time in my life. I arrived with the sniffles but it progressed into much more. I kept asking for extensions if time and Samuel & Angie were awesome. Thanks again to them. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and my stay.

This was perfect for a honeymoon week. Although the cabin could be considered remote, we felt safe - there are still accessible neighbors, and there is a locking door between levels meaning intruders couldn't get to you by breaking a first floor window. The area is beautiful and well worth the distance from town. Julie communicated quickly and clearly, and left many little gifts throughout the cabin. My wife and I loved our stay here!

This is a true Mountain retreat! The porch and view were amazing and it extremely peaceful. The drive up is a mountain road, and it is set into the woods, so be sure you're comfortable with windy, unpaved roads. The place was perfect for our girls trip. We were able to drive to both Asheville and Great hiking easily and the stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our dinners at the house, there is a grocery store about 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds and open living space made for cozy nights and mornings. There was a large storm while we were there that took out a tree and powerlines, blocking the drive and knocking out power. Heather had fantastic communication the entire time and made sure we still had what we needed and were aware of any updates. Easy and fast communication and check in/out. Would absolutely book with Heather again!

We were in the area for Plottfest in Maggie Valley and it was a perfect spot for us to stay with our dogs. It was close to town, but secluded enough that we felt like we had privacy and peacefully surroundings. The large gated deck and fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs.

We loved staying in this little cabin! It was easy to get to and felt very private and cozy. The views were nice, but being able to see the stars at night was great. The little backyard area was perfect for our little pooch to sniff around. We didn't take advantage of being able to walk around the farm, but if we had stayed longer we would have. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure/temperature of the shower were great! I will say it wasn't quite possible to walk down to the river, but it was to no fault of the host. They were doing construction and cleanup on that section of the river when we were there. We expected there to be flood cleanup, so we didn't mind at all. Lots to do, see, and eat in Asheville which is only a quick drive away. Overall we loved our little weekend away and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful night!

Settlers Cabin was exactly what we were hoping for — a quiet, charming getaway surrounded by nature. The setting is serene and private, with beautiful views and peaceful mornings that start with birdsong and end with stars. Whether you’re sipping cocoa on the porch or curling up by the fireplace, the cabin encourages you to slow down and truly relax. The host was communicative, friendly, and respectful of our space and time. Check-in was seamless, and we appreciated the detailed guide that made it easy to settle in. We would stay here again and recommend Settlers Cabin to anyone looking for a quiet escape with character and heart.

If your looking for a peaceful, relaxing and beautiful getaway look no further. This cabin has it all!!! Mary Ann goes above and beyond for her guests. We arrived on Christmas day to a beautifully decorated cabin. Our crew of 6 had a wonderful time cooking, playing games, relaxing in front of the fireplace and just enjoying Christmas together. The master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on and a heated mattress pad for those really cold nights! Everything was just perfect!!

Sophie had wonderful communication ahead of enduring my stay. The location is very convenient to the grocery store and in getting into downtown Asheville and surrounding areas. The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated and a wonderful place to stay.

The inner design is thoughtful and everything is handy. I like the patio the most. You can enjoy a peaceful / quiet moment there with a cup of tea. The location is great, right in the middle between Asheville and Great Smokies. You can get to the attractions without too much driving. Overall I recommend this place.

One of the couples in our group has a place they frequently rent out, and they were very impressed with the quality and variety of the furnishings. We all were impressed and very comfortable. Sad to leave!

We had the very best time. Loved the porch, the bathtub, the chickens, the dog! Clean and cozy and everything we had hoped for.

My mother and Father visited The Easy Breezy cabin for a getaway gift from their children. They had the best time stating that they wanted to go back again just to sit on the back porch and look at the river flowing by.

Absolute gem! Really enjoyed staying here and amazing view. Such a relaxing trip and definitely will be back!
