Me and my partner loved our stay here, the villa is just as amazing as the pictures. Location is perfect if you’re wanting something peaceful and out of the way but only a short walk/ride to the main areas. Yanti and her staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay making us feel right at home and looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it more!

The listing is pleasantly decorated with modern and good amenities. Location is central but away from noise. There is also a convenience store across the street. Unit is at the 2nd floor of the building, guests will have to walk 2 flights of stairs before reaching the unit.

Indah was very response throughout the whole trip and very helpful with recommendations and tips such as getting a motorbike and some local medicine tips. Highly recommend Indah`s place for hassle-free experience.

Great place for a couple. It was clean and well furnished with all necessities. Location was a tad bit far from Ubud Central, but with Grab and Gojek, not a big issue. Highly recommend for a nice and quiet place in Ubud!

Everything was just PERFECT

Good amenities with desk for remote work. Landlord lives in the same house and is always easy to reach, helpful and very friendly. For supermarkets, restaurants and bars, a scooter is advisable and rather difficult to reach on foot. Cleaning of the apartment twice a week. Beautiful garden with shared pool. House is located on the rice field overlooking the volcanoes. I felt comfortable

We have stayed there 4 consecutive days and really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking a place away from crowd of the city , it is definitely right place. However if you are looking a place which is near by local restaurants, pubs and shops, it is significantly far from them. Room was cozy and clean, shower was huge and hygienic. Just a personal opinion I would expect a bit more pressured water from shower cap. I would kindly suggest to put a big mirror in the room as the mirror in the shower is pretty small and not so efficient to use. Even though I have never seen Luh in person she was always in communication with us to make our stay perfect.

Our stay in Ubud was nothing short of magical, and it all started with Pande. The home was even more beautiful in person—peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by the natural beauty of Bali. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, Pande was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly. The amenities were perfect, and every recommendation he gave us—from food to activities—was spot on. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having the best possible experience. It was wonderful stay. Me and my wife had the best time of our life. The service was incredible. The host Windu and his brother were always ready for our request. Redi, the caretaker was exceptionally great at the service.

This was our last villa of our 2 week Bali trip and it was such a joy to stay here!! From the moment we arrived the host was very helpful and supportive, explained everything about the villa, it was superbly new and spotless with beautiful design throughout. Host helped us organise a scooter within our first hour of arriving which was so helpful. Highly recommend to stay here if you want a home on island for few days!! It’s on a great street in Uluwatu, right opposite you got Yoga and Spa, great coffee spots and restaurants. Quick scooter ride to beach. 🏝️ Expect to see stunning sunrise and sunset skies from the villa. Thank you for the lovely last few days on this magical island!

We had a truly amazing 3-night stay at Mahajiva. The bamboo villa is completely private and surrounded by lush jungle—pure serenity. The pool has a beautiful forest view, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They stayed in touch throughout our stay, brought Grab orders straight to our villa, arranged in-room massages, and kept everything clean and bug-free—even though the villa is open to nature, we were never bothered by insects. A special thank you to Elsya for taking such good care of us—she even brought us raincoats so we could enjoy the outdoors during the rain! If you're looking for a peaceful, private, and unforgettable stay in Bali, I highly recommend Mahajiva. I’ll definitely stay longer next time I visit.

This Airbnb was the highlight of our Bali trip. From arrival, the staff—Manik, Panji, and Kadek Angga—offered warm, attentive service that never stopped. Each morning began with an incredible homemade breakfast and freshly pressed juice, and dinners (by request) felt like having a private chef—delicious, beautifully presented, and cleaned up after. We joked about needing a massage upon arrival, and within an hour, an incredible masseuse arrived for a private massage. The house was spotless, the bed made daily, the A/C was the best we had in Bali, and the tropical garden (with singing frogs!) felt magical. It wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience: peaceful, indulgent, and unforgettable. If this place is available, book it immediately. You won’t regret it! P.S. We named the neighborhood puppy, Rosara (black lab mix with gray/white tuft of hair on her neck/back) and are worried she might have worms. I would love updates when possible! The accommodation is a bit secluded, but we were very excited about the view. You could look directly at the rice fields and had a very quiet place. Since we were away from restaurants and warung, we ordered something to eat, but it also worked out great. Also note that you can't be picked up there so spontaneously because of the location. We would come back and recommend this place.

The villa is absolutely stunning & they provided every little comfort! The villa is in a great position, just a short walk to the beach. The host was super helpful, a transfer to & from our boat was arranged for us as well as a scooter for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was delivered each morning & was delicious. We loved our stay & would highly recommend staying here. We will be back again!

the hotel was good if a little dated. Close to the shops on the street and they had a limited shuttle bus to the galleria. perfect for a short stay.

This place was perfect for just me for a few days. Perfect location for shops, restaurants and airport. The team was great, helped me with my bags and cleaned up every day( I was not expecting that). I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you and hope to see you again.

Bali it's a mix of beautiful things but there are also things that can ruin your holiday. Fortunately for oss, the location where we've been has made a big difference. Distance to the ocean is 2 minutes from the resort, and Legian beach had Cristal water without garbage, as we have seen on the others beaches. Close to a lot of terasses, restaurants, shops, but in the same time, quiet in the night. The only thing that could be improved is the very old bathroom, but everything was functional and clean.We had friends located in Seminyac, and Kuta, but we always get together in our area, in the restaurant that the resort has(with buffet)or on the beach,witch is the best,going shopping 😊So, I recommend this apartment, the price for all you get is more than perfect.

Another wonderful stay by Bali Barung Bungalows! So happy I’ve found a host I trust so that I have a home way from home whenever I am in Bali. Loved the light in this apartment and location is unbeatable. Will definitely be back soon!
