New apartment very comfortable, very clean. Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

Orlando was attentive and responsive. What ever questions and requests we had , He answered promptly. The space is exactly how it shows in the pictures. Clean! Comfortable! Spacious! The upstairs open terrace is an added benefit. The pools were clean and not crowded. Felt very safe. It was a relaxing stay! We had an awesome time. Thank you for sharing your space! Definitely recommend staying with Orlando at Palmas! We would love to stay again!

Highly recommend this house. The pool was great. We were within walking distance to the beach and there are several restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.

The villa is beautiful. Very confortable. We had some issues with the breakers and the electricity but they came to help after one hour. The day after happen again but he show us how to fix. Let us late check out for the trouble. I will stay again for sure.
