Apartment with exceptional sea view. Vintage and imperfect but very nice. It will be renovated in january 2026. In front of the mythical oyster beds of Cancale. In the distance, the majestic profile of the Mont Saint-Michel. A permanent show just under your windows, according to the tides. Perfect place for a dreamed time in the north of Brittany (Saint-Malo, Dinard…) Private parking space, downtown Cancale at 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and oyster market at 10-15 minutes walk along the sea.

Cancale Vue mer accès direct baie du Mt St Michel

T2 au calme sur le port de cancale, terrasse sud

Situé sur le port de Cancale, dans une petite rue au calme à 50 m de la mer. Vous n’aurez que quelques pas à faire pour déguster des fruits de mer dans l’un des nombreux restaurants de la houle. Au départ de l’appartement vous rejoindrez facilement les sentiers Douaniers. L’appartement de 28 m2 comprend un salon-séjour, une chambre avec lit double, une kitchenette, une salle de bain et le petit plus une terrasse de 5m2 exposée sud. Télévision, par contre pas de Wifi (on capte bien la 4G).
