Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Refait à neuf en juillet 2021, il convient parfaitement à 2 personnes, (literie neuve et modulable). A 10 min de Nérac, jolie ville historique, à 30 min d’Agen et à 1h30 de Bordeaux ou Toulouse.

Its location is ideal for visiting the historic center and enjoying local activities (walking distance to the cathedral, market, bars/restaurants, tourist office, museums, banks of the Gers, shops, etc.). This little cocoon will guarantee you a peaceful and 100% Auscitain stay.
