Vacation rentals with a sauna in Canal de l'Ourcq

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

This apartment is possibly the loveliest of the 30+ Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The look and feel of the place is bold and elegant, with design furniture and art on the walls. It looks at least as good as in the photos. We especially enjoyed the top-quality sauna and the beautiful terrace under the Parisian sky. The area is quite charming and peaceful, while offering easy access to the metro and many restaurants. A good Carrefour grocery shop is two blocks away. Also the building courtyard is idyllic, with flowers and plants as well as neighbors’ cats roaming about.

This is the most relaxing place to stay , as four women we really enjoyed coming back to a beautiful apartment and hot tub after a long day sighting seeing . It is spotless and has every amenity you could think of . Nice restaurants near by and easy to get to from central Paris , two short train journeys or a quick uber . Feifei is very welcoming and accommodating. There is also a friendly , funny rabbit that lives in the garden who likes to sneak into the hot tub area 😂

Perfect location for any foray around the city or just a walk around the neighbors and for all needed amenities ( very close metro, stores, coffee,etc.). A very quiet building and a very spacious apartment inside. Main bathroom shower is extraordinary. The host is courteous, welcoming and very responsive. The apartment is delightful and is perfect for a first time visitor to parts as well as an experienced one. I would definitely stay again.

הדירה מעוצבת עם חשיבה עד הפרטים הקטנים. הדירה הייתה מרווחת, מקלחון מפנק ונקי, מיטה גדולה ונוחה. מיקום מעולה, אזור בטוח. הסאונה הייתה בונוס מושלם! אהבנו מאוד!! החסרון היחיד זה שהיה קצת חשוך אבל זה לא הפריע לנו כל כך.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

So, so good! Ana was extremely responsive and kind. Was a bit lost coming into the country but her instructions were my saving grace. Can’t wait to stay another time. The ambiance, visit, decoration. Incredible

Pour le prix, le côté spa privé est très correct. Le seul bémol, mais cohérent par rapport au prix, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de terrasse ou quelconque lieu extérieur, pour respirer un autre air que celui de l'intérieur, qui peut être pris par la chaleur et l'humidité du spa. Et l'extérieur donne tout de suite sur la rue avec passage. Ceci dit, il y a le ventilateur au plafond qui aide à désembuer, le hammam qui fait aussi douche froide et chaude (géniale la douche d'ailleurs). Beaucoup de choses sont bien pensées (enceinte derrière la tête quand on regarde un film dans le jacuzzi avec bruit des bulles, par exemple, écran visible des 2 côtés). Le jacuzzi est très bien. Le hammam fonctionne très bien aussi. Le lit est confortable. L'accueil est super, avec de quoi se rafraîchir (même si payant). Le studio n'est pas très grand, mais bien optimisé pour 2 personnes.

Ce logement est parfait et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes : parking privé, centre-ville de Beauvais, à deux pas de la cathédrale, restaurants, commerces et surtout à 10 mn de l'aéroport. Je recommande.

absolutely fantastic accomodation for our stay in Paris for 3 nights, beautiful view from the balcony of pretty much the whole of Paris, including the Eiffel tower!!! Really lovely apartment, small but really everything you need for food, relaxing after a day of exploring and a wonderful balcony to relax on with food and drinks, has all the amenities one would need and more and such a lovely use of the space! Olivier was an excellent host with videos on how everything works and all instructions clearly written and explained and video'd too! He was quick to reply to questions and anything we needed help with before our trip and very eager to be a great host which he was, thoroughly recommend and we would absolutely love to stay again!!

J'ai passé trois semaines dans l'appartement de Laurence pour des raisons professionnelles. Il est très calme, bien décoré, agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Située à proximité des bords de Marne et du vieux Saint-Maur, il bénéficie d'un bel environnement. Il permet aussi de se rendre facilement et rapidement au centre de Paris. Laurence a été une hôte très reactive et attentionnée.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

We hebben hier met 10 meisjes 2 nachten verbleven en we hadden een geweldige tijd. Het huisje heeft een idyllische tuin met een leuke relaxruimte met jacuzzi en spa. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt met een ijskast die groot genoeg is voor alle champagne. De bedden liggen erg goed. Wat ook fijn is, is dat er ook handdoeken, badjassen, beddengoed en keukenspullen zijn, zodat je dit al niet moet meenemen. Hier moet je zeker eens logeren.

Top verblij voor families met kleine kinderen. Genoeg supermarkten in de omgeving om snel even boodschappen te doen, daarnaast was Disneyland Parijs op 10min afstand en makkelijk bereikbaar. De host reageerde snel op diverse vragen en was erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader voor families!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Florian ! L’accueil a été chaleureux, Florian est très sympathique, attentionné et très réactif. Le lieu est calme, propre, bien équipé, et parfait pour se détendre. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi : il était vraiment au top, avec plein d’options, super bien entretenu — un vrai plus pour le séjour ! Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux. Un grand merci à Florian pour ce moment, on recommande à 100 % — 5 sur 5 !

Rien à dire: le logement est très propre et parfaitement équipé. L’accueil est parfait et sympathique. Un excellent endroit pour déconnecter !

Séjour Evjf réussi grâce au logement de Zarko et ses parents. Sa maman Biljana qui s'est occupée de nous était une hôte absolument charmante. Famille discrète mais disponible si besoin. Le logement a tout le nécessaire. La literie est confortable, le jaccuzi à 40 degrés un vrai plus. A 10min à pieds du RER. Merci encore. Julie.
