Vacation rentals with beach access in Canal de l'Ourcq

Wunderschöne , helle Dachwohnung es fehlt an nix . Wir wurden super empfangen mit gekühlten Champagner-es ist einfach alles vorhanden . Der Vermieter ist äußerst sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder . Die Terrasse über paris traumhaft .

Cute clean place got everything u need for. Short stay, big screen and nice tub, a good supermarket just opposite the street and there are bakeries around too, Camille was very helpful even we didn’t get chance to meet in person! Recommend

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et parfaitement équipé. L'atmosphère est agréable et cosy, idéale pour se détendre après une longue journée. L'hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, me fournissant toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et serais ravis d'y revenir !

Lila's apt is as she describes it -- very comfortable & large & convenient. At first, you have no idea how many good restaurants there are nearby, but once you walk to the lovely canal, and even on Lila's side of the canal (right below your living room window), you'll find that there are LOTS of great restaurants, all very reasonably priced. And Lila could not have been a more welcoming or pleasant host. A GREAT stay!

This was a great find. We had booked somewhere in the Marais but they cancelled us at fairly short notice so we decided to look further away from the centre - and we were very glad we did. The apartment is very convenient, just next to the Metro (only 3 stops from Gare du Nord) on a nice little square just back from the main road. Easy walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (great for picnics) and to the Canal de l'Ourcq which has plenty of non-touristy bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, a good size and well-equipped. Just as described (including the bike!). It really was like staying in a proper home, not a rental. Fabrice gave helpful info beforehand and was very friendly and responsive. We really liked this place and would happily return.

My stay at Gérard's place was great! The apartment is just as shown, and is very spacious. Even though it's on a busy street, the apartment faces the courtyard and is very quiet. Location is 10/10 and it's a great value for the price. We did have a delay checking in since there was a typo in the code sent to us, but Gérard responded reasonably promptly to help us!

Accueil très sympathique de la part de Bernard et Maryse. Des précisions supplémentaires données par Bernard avant notre arrivée pour faciliter notre installation. Un endroit charmant, décoré avec soins et donnant sur un jardin bien entretenu. Tout était prévu avec divers produits pour le petit déjeuner afin de faciliter le démarrage du séjour, et un équipement complet pour permettre de cuisiner sur place (frigo, micro-ondes et plaque de cuisson). Literie de qualité et linge de maison fourni. Quartier très calme, stationnement facile et proche du centre de l'Isle Adam. Un lieu à retenir pour un séjour très agréable dans cette belle région.

Een prachtige airbnb dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Marie Claude gaf ons bij aankomst een warm welkom. Het huis is netjes en schoon en een goede uitvalsbasis om Parijs te bezoeken (40 minuten met de trein vanaf Marles en Brie).

Brigitte est une hôte très réactive et accueillante. Sa maison est magnifique spacieuse, propre et bien rangée. Une véritable bout de campagne à deux pas de Paris. On s’y sens bien. Je recommande vivement!!!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Die Wohnung und der Innenhof zum draußen sitzen sind wirklich super schön! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Wasserpark mit einer großen Parkanlage direkt gegenüber war für die Kinder toll. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Aurelie und Jerome waren sehr freundlich.

Gite plein de charme niché sur une île . Facilité d’accès à Paris (prévoir environ 1h de trajet par le rer) Le chalet est décoré avec goût. Il est agréable, propre et confortable. Ravissant jardin très bien entretenu dont on peut profiter dès le matin en prenant le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse accompagné par le chant des oiseaux. Accueil très sympathique et amical de Magali la propriétaire qui se montre très disponible pour ses hôtes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Trevligt boende i anslutning till stora huset. Området är lugnt och familjens hund kom ofta på besök. Vi rekommenderar boendet till barnfamiljer.

Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, le logement est très agréable. A proximité des commerces et d'un joli parc situé à deux pas. En cas de problème ou de question, les propriétaires sont tout de suite à l'écoute pour les solutionner. Très bon séjour, nous y retournerons volontiers. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

location très propre, dans un cadre de vie très agréable, au calme. les hôtes sont très serviables, à l'écoute et très gentils. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de pièce de vie et la cuisine un peu petite ( mais il y a plusieurs restaurants disponibles juste à côté, à pied. Nous la recommandons et reviendrons, sans hésiter, chez Julien et Manon !
