Great apartment, well maintained, clean, equipped, well located and very attentive hostess.

What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as amazing as the first, if not better. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

It was wonderful, I spent an amazing Valentine's Day with a comfortable, quiet and harmonious stay, I felt at home. Samira was very proactive and gave the instructions accurately, the experience is well worth it. In addition to the place being well organized and clean.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: beautiful, clean and super organized. The building is listed — a real find for architecture lovers. For this reason, the balcony doors are original and do not completely block out external noise. This didn't bother me, but it may be a point of attention for those who are light sleepers. Life there is enchanting, and the swing on the balcony gives a special charm to the experience. I recommend exploring the restaurants in the area, which are amazing — especially REVO, which is on the back street.

Apartment exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The apartment is small, but very well distributed, renovated and comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 people. Clean, organized environments with a beautiful view of the beach. The host responds quickly to messages and gives all the necessary guidance for a great stay. I recommend it.

Karla's apartment is excellent! All renovated, with a beautiful view, everything well organized, air conditioning in perfect condition, great TV room and excellent bedroom. The location is great too! Next to the supermarket, a few steps from the beach and with easy access to the back street, which has great restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shop, pharmacy. It's perfect for those who go to Santos by bus, because you don't need a car for anything!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

The house is big and is on a quiet street. It has cameras and an electric fence. The hosts are friendly and kind. I got a bad weather weekend, but I loved Guaiuba Beach. I'm already planning to come back.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs. Vanessa were always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion, if possible: increase the size of the bed.
